We enjoyed our stay very much. James was always available to answer questions and offer suggestions. The house was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Would recommend it to anyone.

The house was clean and great location on a small lake. The family enjoyed kayaking and being outside all day. One thing I did not realize was the third bedroom is outside and downstairs so just FYI if you have younger kids.

Our host communicated exactly and even had a binder full of instructions and local restaurants and things to do! The property was beautiful the fridge was so so neat it had a door on the door! The neighbors were really friendly and the scenery was a dream. We had an excellent time. Other reviews complain about washing the towels and starting the sheet but for a rental this is normal and honestly who wants to touch towels and sheet from strangers. Washer dryer and detergent is all provided. Definitely recommend!

We had such a wonderful stay! It was so quiet and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Being right on the lake was beautiful, and our kids had the best time fishing. We also loved watching the geese around the property. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth from start to finish. It was the perfect little getaway for our family, and we made some great memories. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely beautiful property! It is exactly as described and pictured! It was clean with all the necessary amenities. The rooms are large and beds are king size and comfortable. The host James Ruppe was very nice and accommodating. The lake view is amazing! All the items needed for a fun trip are supplied as listed! Note the downstairs suite is not accessible from inside. You must take outside staircase or outside walkway. I definitely recommend and will be returning soon!!

Really peaceful neighborhood with lots of family friendly things to do. We enjoyed the kayaks and hot tub and the decks to just visit with family. Lots of nice hiking nearby. The house had a great cabin feel, nothing fancy but comfortable. My only complaint is the sofa was pretty worn out. I felt like I was falling through it lol

Good place! I dont love having to clean and do chores while on vacation but that is pretty much anywhere anymore and my rating did not reflect negatively for that at all. The view was amazing and I’d love to be there again when it gets warmer/a longer stay next time!

Several outlets did not work. Requesting that we launder towels the evening before we leave was a little unusual. Very nice property - beautiful view and lake access.

Hey, would of been nice to know whIch outlets aren‘t working. Also in regards to laundry, we simply ask guests to start a load on theIr Way out the door. If thats written amywhere by miatake, ill be sure to correct it.

Great place! Very clean, great views, easy to get in the house, hot tub was great and kayaking was fun. Host responds quickly and is extremely nice. Will definitely book with them again.
