Bay of Grace -- A Boater's Paradise Fantastic Sunsets Close to I-75
Bay of Grace is a totally remodeled high-end home directly on the Caloosahatchee River. It is in a protected bay away from the river waves and boat traffic with extensive docks for boats and other watercraft. It has a pool for every age: a wading pool for the little ones, a hot tub for the adults, and a large infinity pool for everyone. Bay of Grace is a three-bedroom, two-bath home with an open concept living area, kitchen, and dining room. It sleeps 9 with the master suite being large private room with its own sliding glass door to the patio and pool. There is a king bed, double leather futon, and 2 single beds (day bed + trundle). The Master Bath has his and her closets, vanity and large shower with two shower heads. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have queen beds and a shared bathroom. Take in a stunning sunset, cast your fishing rods (2 provided), paddle the bay on a kayak or paddle board (provided) or soak away your cares in the heated pool and hot tub. A high-end place on the river to spend time whether it is a vacation, long term stay, or just a quick weekend away. It is a experience you and your family will never forget. NOTE: If you need a same day check in - ask us - VRBO will say it is not possible, but if the house is ready we can accommodate you.

Mike and I have been gathering together every year for the past 30 years with his family in MN. We started renting the lower level of our personal residence in Fort Myers starting in 2016. We loved meeting new people from around the world. Now, our vision is to purchase large homes and make them available so families can come together for resting, relaxing, and reconnecting with one another. We enjoy meeting new people and sharing our homes. We have three adult children and seven grandchildren. We have lived in Fort Myers since 1999. We chose this property as it has a great pool system and docks which make it attractive to vacationers, boaters, and possible longer-term rentals. The house is directly on the river and views of the river and sunrise and sunset are spectacular. We love the river and the proximity to the airport and shopping/restaurants.

Bay of Grace is a boater's paradise. There are two docks jutting off the seawall for docking boats or other watercraft. It is in a protected bay off the Caloosahatchee River. There is also a great pool system with a wading pool for the little ones, A hot tub for the adults, and a pool for everyone. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms in this one-story home with a high vaulted ceiling. There are 3 beds in the master bedroom which will sleep 4 and each of the other 2 bedrooms sleep 2 each for a total of 8 people. We provide a 2-person kayak, paddleboard, fishing poles, adult and children's board games, beach equipment, children's toys and equipment, smart TV and a fully stocked kitchen.
Early morning is the best time to see dolphins, manatees, shark, and tarpon. Bring your boat and dock it in the tranquil bay. There is a public boat ramp nearby and space to park your vehicle and trailer in the driveway.

The depth off the end of the dock is 4FT at normal low tide and the depth at the seawall is 3FT at normal low tide.
