WELCOME TO BLUE BEACH BUNGALOW
Blue Beach Bungalow is a Fort Myers vacation rental built for families, couples and small groups who want a pool home with something nobody else has: a private sand beach in the backyard. Sink your toes in the sand, grab a lounger under the tiki hut, light the in-ground fire pit at sunset and watch the sky turn pink over the pond. Fully remodeled with new appliances, electronics and all the creature comforts.

THE BACKYARD
- Screened pool with spa and shade sail, optional heating
- Private mock beach with sand, loungers, tiki hut and a sunken fire pit that seats a crowd
- Outdoor kitchen with grill under the umbrella
- Covered lanai lounge seating and a fenced, private yard

THE BEDROOMS
- Master suite: king bed, private bathroom with a glass walk in shower
- Guest room 1: king bed
- Guest room 2: king bed and a desk for anyone who has to work a little
- Den: double futon for extra guests
- Living room: futon
- Guest bathroom has a tub and shower combo
All beds come with fresh linens, towels and robes are provided.

THE LIVING SPACES
Open living room with a big white sectional and big screen TV, a second family room with an electric fireplace, a dining table for six by the pool sliders, and a full kitchen with island bar seating, stainless appliances, coffee maker, dishwasher and everything you need to cook. Four big screen TVs in total so nobody fights over the remote, plus a washer and dryer.

THE LOCATION
Fort Myers, walking distance to shopping and great restaurants. About 10 minutes to downtown Fort Myers, about 20 minutes to RSW airport and the white sand beaches of Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel.

GOOD TO KNOW
- Pool heat is optional at $50 per day, please request it at least 24 hours before check in so the pool has time to warm up
- Pets are welcome, max 2, $100 per pet (please tell us before you book)
- Main renter must be 25 or older, no parties or events
- Outside security cameras in the backyard and out front must stay connected
- Flush toilet paper only, no wipes
- Please watch children around the pool, pond and fire pit at all times
