This amazing house on the beach was perfect for our large family. There was room for everyone, the beach access was absolutely perfect down the private boardwalk and the house was outfitted exceptionally well. The management team was helpful and available. We would definitely rent this house again. They earned five stars.

Stay at Dolo House

We had a fantastic stay at this home for our spring break trip with a large group. The house was very clean and had plenty of space for everyone to spread out comfortably, which made a big difference for our group. Any maintenance needs that came up were handled quickly, and the team was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay. It really made the experience stress-free. Overall, we were very impressed and would definitely stay here again!

Pleasant Stay

Overall we had a very good stay the house was large for our family and we even hosted a wedding which was comfortable for the amount of guests who attended (23) I would without a doubt use Prickett Properties again.

Family beach trip

We had a fabulous stay at this home. We enjoy the Ft Morgan area because of its seclusion and this house was perfect for our very large extended family. The bedrooms and extra bathrooms (with king beds) are a great plus! Would definitely stay here again.

We had such a great time celebrating Thanksgiving at the Dolo Beach House! As our family has grown we have tried several houses in the Gulf Shores area. This was by far our best experience! Plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably! The living area was perfect for all 17 adults and 2 toddlers and 2 babies! Hope we can stay here again!!

A gem on the Gulf-

We had a wonderful time at DOLO. Beachfront, a pool, sparkling clean, and room for lots of friends and family. What more could you ask for?

The house was great, the setup amazing, the pool perfect. If Daniel could have gotten us better weather the vacation would have been a perfect 10!

Overall, the experience was great. The house is big and beautiful and accommodated almost 30 of us. The company was very easy, respectful and prompt when needing to get into contact.

Excellent Stay

We had an excellent stay at DOLO. The house was as expected, beautiful, and clean. There was plenty of space for our group, everyone had their own room and their own bathroom. Access to the beach was so easy and the beach wasn't crowded. The pool was wonderful as well. The living room had plenty of space for us to all hang out together and we had most of what we needed to cook in the kitchen. All in all excellent experience. We would stay here again.

Family group of12, multi level house with pool worked great for 3 generation family. Large enough to spread out, still gave plenty of space for gathering.

Amazing Stay! Will be back!

Property is located in secluded Fort Morgan, right by the Ferry. We loved every second of it. The rooms are great. House is amazing. Everything was a dream. Can’t wait to come back. Cheers!

Dolo - 3 years in a row

We loved Dolo for the spacious living areas. We felt that some of the appliances could be upgraded for such a beautiful home. We were going to rent it next year, but the owners have booked it for the weeks we wanted.

Perfect for us!

We had a group of 12 adult men that came down to Gulf Shores for a golf trip. There was plenty of room for all of us throughout the house including the bedrooms kitchen living room and deck. It was all very spacious and accommodating for a group our size. It was very close to the beach which was nice and the pool on the back deck was perfect.

Spring break

Property was amazing! The folks at Prickett were extremely helpful and very courteous. Everything was clean and we thought the design of the house was very well thought out. The weather didn’t cooperate but at least we had a great place to stay!

Perfect house for large groups!

The house was perfect for a large family and friends group. Plenty of room to spread out and cook huge meals in the main living area and kitchen. Very peaceful and LOVED the fact we didn't have to take our items off the beach each night!!! Well stocked kitchen and not sure how you could lay the house any better. Would highly recommend!

This home was perfect for our large group. Everything we needed for meal prep was available. The pool was so nice and warm. We all enjoyed it! Only negative we had to reposition some furniture in the living room and no one had cleaned under the furniture. Ziplock bag, several ping pong balls, and a lot of m&ms and dirt under the couches. I love how you have vacuum available. We cleaned it up. Also there was a bottle of alcohol in one of the bedroom draws. We poured it out and threw away the bottle. We were a church group and did not want others to think it was ours.

Wedding Fun!

We stayed here for a small intimate wedding and it was nothing but perfect!! We had issues with the AC but the maintenance came immediately and fixed everything! Quick responses with anything we needed! Rooms were super clean and beds very comfortable. The pool was a hit with everyone and being right on the beach with a ramp was awesome and made for beautiful pictures for my wedding! We also loved how quiet and uncrowded it was on the beach! Overall would come back again!
