The photos do not do this place justice. We had the absolute best time! Infinity pool and private walkway to beach was a huge plus!!! Definitely will be renting again!!!

It was a beautiful location and huge house! They were responsive to our needs and immediately showed up when we had a beeping fire alarm! Honestly no complaints!

Great beach getaway

excellent place to have a family reunion. We have had a great experience and loved the home and pool. Very clean and maintained. Highly recommend to stay there.

Beautiful Home

This home was nothing short of amazing. The house was beautiful and the pool was perfect. We spent most of our time there. Easy access to the beach. We can’t wait to come back!!

Perfect Large Family Beach House!!

We stayed for a week with our family of 16, ages ranging from 3 to 67. We had a wonderful week with space for all families to spread out. The pool was enjoyed by all, and the beach was steps away down our own boardwalk. The kitchen is huge with plenty of space for multiple people to prepare meals together. Just a great fit for our family. We plan to return!!

Family vacation

Great property. Well furnished, big enough to accommodate our family. The beach access is great. The pool area is excellent! The pool was well-maintained. The management company was VERY responsive - a couple of minor issues and they were resolved right away, without any hassle. We will likely stay there again.

Gorgeous, spacious and spectacular

We had a very relaxing stay at Mural Manor. The house, pool and property were perfect! The pool is made for relaxing, but tread carefully as the there are many steps inside that are hard to see. Overall, would book again a million times with a large group! A+

Nice location and beautiful beaches

House was beautiful and big and clean. The entire house is setup for a large group. Elevator is a upcharge of $50 per day - if you go in summer the pool is only setup to cycle water thru pumps and is a upcharge if you want to turn on the pool features per day as well. Management company is off shore company so difficult to get quick answers

Absolutely beautiful

The house and the view are absolutely breathtaking. The house was very clean and very enjoyable. The only problem we really had was the air conditioning went out on one side of the house but maintenance was there within an hour of us reporting the issue. The pool was great. Beds were comfortable. I have absolutely no complaints about the house. I would definitely rent it again.

Perfect for large families

The views of the beach, the open design of the house, and the amazing pool made for a perfect family get away! The house is spacious and each room has its own bathroom which was so helpful. My 90 year old grandfather was able to sit comfortably inside and watch his many children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren play by the pool as well as the beach. The kitchen is absolutely dreamy and was stocked with just about anything you might need. There were 17 of us and everyone was extremely happy with the house. Highly recommend, especially if an awesome pool or great beach views are important to you!

We had many frustrations with this property. We struggled with the keypad entry for both the door and the elevator repeatedly. And the person at guest services on our check in day was very rude. They finally sent someone who let us in and they were kind and helpful. The house was not very clean. Our feet were black from walking on the inside flooring. Our other frustration was that the TVs did not work. We had to continuously restart the living room TV-every 10 minutes. And only worked at all when we logged into our person Youtubetv account. The primary room TV didn't work. Many others were not working either. The location and the view saved the day. The vew is beautiful. The house is beautiful too. I just wish the frustrations we had were better.

House is great, but it has electrical problems. Outlets kept tripping in the kitchen. Took an hour to gain access to the house because codes did not work. Once we got in one of the lamps was leaning over broken.I got charged 50 a day for use of the elevator I was never told about up front and then after it was already paid, never gained access to use it. Pool heater had a lock on it and no one got back to me to gain access to that also. The house is great, but when you are paying a small fortune per night to stay there, I expected everything to work. A few light bulbs out all over the house. All in all we had a great time, it was just embarrassing that the little things that should not have been a problem were a problem. I am waiting for the reimbursement for the elevator that i never had access too.

Family vacation

The property is absolutely gorgeous and perfect for a large group of various ages. Comfortable beds, two large refrigerators were amazing, pool was great and having a bathroom in each bedroom was so nice. That being said, the customer service was terrible. The company is based in Jamaica . When you try to reach someone it goes to a call center. We were a large group varying in age between infant and 75. We also had a wheel chair bound young adult, and a cancer patient- as to why we booked a place with an elevator. Check in day was absolutely awful. The door codes wouldn’t work. When they finally did get that fixed after a few hours of sitting in the cars- the elevator code wouldn’t work. After talking to what felt like 100 people trying fix the elevator code , all 20 people carried all luggage and groceries up stairs including the handicapped person and cancer patient. It was horrible. This is the reason for my three star review. It was no urgency to anyone to help get the elevator going even under our circumstances. It didnt It work till the next day. The kitchen also states you have everything you need to prepare all the meals you’d like - “a chefs dream” in the description. Well that’s not entirely true… the stove doesn’t cook very evenly or fast. One night we were having fresh catch fish meal and I boiled 15 pounds of potatoes only to find out the cheap hand mixer didn’t work. When I called to let them know (inJamaica)he advised me just to go to Walmart n buy one

July 4th week vacation

Second time we have stayed here during 4th of July week.Issues from start:Elevator did not work. It would not open all week. I received a number for it to use on Saturday and was told it would only work that day. That was after he told me I had to pay to use it. Pool pump did not work all week, therefore the infinity part of pool didn't, Lights in pool did not work all week. On Monday pool guy came by and said pump wasn't working and therefore good only put chlorine tablets in pool. Tuesday someone came by for 5 minutes not sure what they did as I was at the beach but one of boys said he didn't stay but 5 minutes. Pump and lights still not working.Next day a man and sone came by and got pump to work for a bit then stopped. He put lots of chemicals in but pump quit working during kids night swim. Lost power to wall where ovens are. No power for them or other appliances on wall. Refrigerator still worked.There were only 2 towels in each bathroom so you needed to spend all week doing laundry if you wanted fresh towels. There were zero dish towels.Called number on 2 different occasions and both times talked with people who English is not there first language. Both times I was told they would follow up and I would receive an e-mail or phone call with answers. Neither time I did. Overall I just feel if I spend 25K to bring my family of 5 sons, wives and 7 grandchildren down as our family vacation I certainly expect more and feel like we were extremely let d
