Located at Escapes to the Shores. Our condo has been updated with new living room furniture, new wood look tile flooring in bedrooms, new appliances, mattresses, smart tvs, washer/dryer, board/batten beach theme decorating. It is a like new condo and much larger than your average 1100-1200 2br/2ba condo. Trey ceilings, crown molding, rare air conditioned hallways between elevators and front doors. Covered garage parking for up to 2 cars($50/car per stay) and great amenities add to this great condo. A 1 br/1ba efficiency can be added to this to make it a 3br/3ba.

Beach Supplies:
Included in the rental is a complimentary set of lounger chairs (2 chairs and 1 umbrella). These are set aside for guest of 1103. Just ask the attendant your unit number and he will designate one for your use at no cost. This free service is available from Mid March-Mid October.
Beach Wagon for hauling all of your beach toys and supplies
Beach towels provided in the rental. These red and white striped beach towels are yours to use free with unit rental.

The overall property was clean and well maintained. Our unit was very nicely decorated, comfortable, quiet and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were roomy and clean. We would definitely stay there again!

Great quick trip to Orange Beach

We were only able to stay for 3 nights. This condo was fantastic! Plenty of room for 7 of us. Check-in was a breeze and the stay was very enjoyable. I would recommend leasing this condo for a trouble-free vacation!

Great spacious condo

This condo was very clean, nicely decorated, very well stocked and in a great location. The owner/property manager was always very responsive and helpful. We were very impressed and would highly recommend this condo and would love to stay here again.

We so enjoyed our stay! The condo was immaculately clean and had everything you would need for a great beach vacation. The owner was so nice and very helpful with any questions we had. You can’t go wrong with this one!

Great view! Excellent parking and accommodations! Large room with luxurious shower! Owner was awesome and made sure everything was perfect. We will definitely come back here!!

Hands down the best condo and experience we’ve had at the beach! Adults and kiddos all had a wonderful time and the owner had everything we could have wanted already there plus more!! Can’t say enough good things and so glad we decided to stay there!

Absolutely loved our stay. We experienced both sunset and sunrise off Balcony. Larger than most 2 bedrooms and both bathrooms have garden tubs. The amenities were great. Owner extremely responsive and provides some extra details that makes for a pleasant vacation.

This condo was fantastic! It was very clean, large and comfortable with a great view! Great communication and accommodation from the owner. Hope to return to this condo again next year for our annual meetup.

Perfect get away!

One of the best places we’ve stayed in. Very clean and accommodating, had everything we needed. Beautifully decorated and the view from the balcony was gorgeous. The beach towels, wagon and complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were an extra bonus. Great communication with owner, everything was so easy. Would highly recommend!!

Wonderful!

Place was amazing and as described in the listing! Has everything you need for the beach! Cooler, buggy, plenty of chairs, beach towels, and the two chairs you get with the rental already set up at the beach was a great plus! Perfect location and parking was a breeze! Would highly recommend!

Awesome Condo & Host !!

This place was amazing. It was well decorated and spacious. And so clean. Both bedrooms were huge, with jacuzzi in both baths. The condo was well stocked and had alot of extras most do not. We absolutely loved our stay!! Would definitely come back Jami was so nice and helpful with the details.

This was TRULY an escape to paradise. Not only are the views absolute perfection, but the property is clean, thoughtful and exceeded just about every expectation. Our host was always available and easy to communicate with—we already look forward to coming back!

Truly the Perfect Getaway!!

We had the best time at the Escapes on Orange Beach! The condo was lovely, the location was amazing, the beach was filled with soft white sand, and the water was crystal clear blue! My favorite part was sitting in front of the fire place by the beach!! I felt like I was so far away from all my real life worries as I sat by the fire drinking my coffee and watching the sun come up! My family of was also comfortable in the beautiful condo! We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, sauna, and beach everyday! We were also less than 5 minutes from yummy restaurants and the grocery store! I give this amazing place 5 out of 5 stars! I can’t wait to go back!

Great getaway!

Our stay at this condo was amazing. Clean, had everything you need, nice that beach chairs are reserved for you and all the beach towels you could want are available. Beautiful decorations and layout. Beds very comfortable and the large TV was awesome! Not that we spent much time watching it. The view from the balcony is spectacular! Perfect location. Would highly recommend this unit!

Absolutely the best!

This condo was an absolute dream, we kept pinching ourselves thinking it was a dream. They had everything you needed, all the small appliances, beach equipment, beach chairs, and you can't beat the breathtaking view on the patio. Jami was extremely responsive! We will definitely be back and won't look anywhere else. Our kids loved the indoor and outdoor pool, along with the beach, it had everything!

Seeking Sun, Sand and Seafood

We loved everything about this property! It exceeded our expectations! Conveniently located and close to everything! The view from the balcony was spectacular! Comfortable beds, big bathrooms, lots of on site amenities, fully stocked kitchen! Jami, the property manager, handled an issue we had with a bathroom fan quickly! We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again, only longer!

What a wonderful Condo!

This condo was just beautiful and had all the amenities that anyone needs. Beds were comfortable and love the shower in the Master Bathroom. Now I want one of these at home. We directly faceed the Gulf but no direct sunlight which means we could enjoy the entire day outside on the veranda. Close to great restaurants, steps to the beach. Jami was so responsive whenever we needed to reach out to him. We will definitely be staying here again.

AWESOME!!

This Condo and Property owner was by far the best place we have stayed at since we have been going to Alabama in the last 5 years! Very clean, great location on the beach. Jamie was the best with communication and helped us out with the efficiency next door when we arrived a day early. We couldnt have asked for a better property to stay at.!! We will definitely be back and totally recommend this property!! Jamie ,thank you again for all you did for us! We appreciated you very much!!

Awesome

Condo1103 was at the head of the many places we have stayed at in the past. Whoever decorated the condo did a big and beyond job. I can't imagine that anyone would not agree with this and will not forget the quality of anything in the condo. Next, the balcony has fabulous chairs, table, chaise lounges, plus, of course the view. Want to come b back!
