Goditi le viste mozzafiato sull'oceano, sulle montagne e sul tramonto nel nostro bellissimo condominio fronte mare, sulla soleggiata costa di Kihei. Siamo a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e i visitatori possono nuotare in sicurezza nell'antico laghetto hawaiano protetto che fronteggia il condominio.

Il nostro condominio al piano terra per non fumatori è perfetto per coppie o famiglie, nonché per anziani o disabili. L'unità è stata recentemente ristrutturata per offrire tutti i comfort di casa. Un condizionatore d'aria a sistema diviso ha controlli individuali in ogni stanza. C'è un letto matrimoniale nella camera matrimoniale, due letti singoli (che possono essere trasformati in un re) nella seconda camera da letto e un divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno. La cucina è completamente attrezzata per tutte le vostre esigenze. TV via cavo a schermo piatto da 40 "e lettore DVD con connessione Wi-Fi veloce e gratuita. Everything was as advertised … 2-bedroom 2-bathroom ground floor condo with million dollar ocean views !! Location was excellent, centrally located for everything we wanted to do. We will certainly be back.

What a gem! This ground floor condo was just as described! The view from the lanai was stunning & you are just steps away from a beautiful beach. The condo was well stocked with all that we needed for our stay. We especially appreciated the all the beach gear! There is even a rotating library up on the 3rd floor with quite a few books & puzzles. Thank you Sande & Bob for thinking of everything. We can't wait to return!! Mahalo!

Pictures match unit, location amazing. Unit needs many updates, new bedding, basic kitchen items a few and mismatched, like gotten from Goodwill. Bathroom need remodeling or deep cleaning.

The condo is well equipped and just steps from the beach. I was grateful to Sande for checking in on us during a tsunami warning and took her advice to evacuate to higher ground. We had an amazing week!

Great Condo and location

Description and reviews were spot on. Ground floor location and ease of access to the beach was fantastic. The surrounding breakwater provided shelter from the waves and was great for the kids to swim. We explored a lot of Maui and found this to be a great location to go wherever we wanted. Sande and Bob were very easy to communicate with and were great hosts.

Perfect location

So happy my daughter, 12 year old grandson, and my sister were able to book this wonderful ground floor unit last minute. We had everything we needed while in the condo and could easily drive to many of Maui’s wonderful ditesvv

Wonderful First Visit

Lovely visit to Maui! Our room was perfect, just steps from the beach, gorgeous sunsets, centrally located to a lot of local places, and easy to drive wherever we needed. We will be back! Thanks Sande and Bob!!

Ocean Condo

We loved our condo! The location directly on the beach was superb for watching the sunset. Having the pool right outside our door was super convenient for the grandkids to go back and forth easily. The pool closed at 8:30, so it was quiet at night. The condo was very clean and well equipped, with enough beach chairs and towels for 6. We would definitely stay here again! Mahalo for everything!!

Local great until it storms which happens once a year. Lots of mud on road. Still can get around. Condo has queen and two twins. Well stocked condo Could use updating of beds and furniture. Had a great time exploring the island

Maui 2025 Trip

Our stay was great! The condo was perfect for our family. The location was beautiful and being on the first floor made it easy to come and go. The only downfall was that we lost one day due to a power outage on Friday, 1/10/25 from 5:00am to 8:30pm. There was a really bad storm that tore down one of the power lines right in front of the condo.

Perfect stay in Kiehei

Sande and Bob’s place was perfect for our family of four to spend the week before Christmas! The condo was exactly as expected from the listing. It was clean and well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some of our meals at the condo. We also had beach towels and chairs available which was very helpful! The pool was right outside the door, and the view from the lanai was beautiful! Everything was perfect!

First time family vacation in Hawaii

We have been dreaming and saving up to take our family to Hawaii for years. When we saw flight deals to Maui we jumped at the chance to finally make that dream come true. I wanted a place that had an ocean view and we could easily walk to the beach. Sande and Bob’s place was perfect. The location in Kihei was the perfect central location to for all of the things on our list of things to do and places to see. We could easily get to Wailea-Makena and Lahaina. The airport and Costco were just 20 mins away. The rental had beach chairs, umbrellas, a couple of boogie boards, snorkel gear sets, mini cooler. Honestly everything you need for beach days. They even had some hydrogen peroxide that came in clutch for my son who got a really bad case of swimmers ear in the middle of the night. We loved being able to walk out to the beach each morning and listen to the waves and even saw sea turtles a couple of mornings chilling on the beach in the little bay next to the condo. Highly recommended this to any couples or smaller families visiting Maui. Sande was so sweet and quick to respond to any questions we had. Which if I had only read my emails I would’ve seen Sande had already thought of and answered them before we even got there. Thank you Sande and Bob for making our kids first trip to Hawaii so amazing.

Perfect Kihei Location

The location was ideal with beach, pool, lawn, and restaurant just steps from the lanai. The owners were very helpful in our planning especially with a 21 month old toddler’s needs. We had a great stay! Just too brief!

Kehei Vacation

We had a wonderful time in Maui. We stayed at Menehune Shores condos. It was wonderful to open our slider to a beautiful area with grass & plants. The pool was so close as well as the Indian restaurant; a few more steps and we were on the beach!!the condo was comfortable & clean.

Beautiful!

Sande was a great host. She pointed us to great baby rental people that were amazing. She was right there at check in to make sure we got in okay which was perfect because I got the unit number wrong at first and she helped me out. Parking is a little tight and the road is quite busy but it all worked just fine. Checkout process was easy and we had a great time!

The exquisite and peaceful ground floor oceanfront location, just steps from the beach as well as the perfect place to watch the spectacular Maui sunsets, and, additionally, the ancient Hawaiian fishpond, sold us on this condo's location. We began coming to Maui in the 70s, always staying in this same area, out of the bustle of Kihei, yet centrally located. We love this area so much that our Maui home for the past 25 years is 5 minutes from the condo. Unlike most condo owners who live on the mainland, we live full time on this beautiful island. We are nearby, available to answer your questions.

Beautiful oceanfront sunset view, our ground floor condo is just steps away to the beach, There are no roads or buildings, just the spectacular Pacific Ocean from our unit. Our condo's location is perfect for families, two couples, and is suitable for the elderly or infirm. Air conditioning and ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms keep our guests comfortable. Twin beds in the second bedroom can be made into a king bed, and the living room couch into a queen bed. Wireless internet is fast and free. Enjoy watching turtles and rainbows from the lanai. Humpback whales can be seen from the condo December to April. As Hawaii residents for 32 years, we live nearby and are available and happy to answer your questions. Enjoy the heated oceanfront pool and oceanside gas barbecues, BBQ's on the rooftop garden with 360 degree view, located on an ancient Hawaiian fishpond; 2 shuffleboards, just a short walk to Maui's longest beach for an early morning or sunset walk, easy access to many beautiful beaches, great restaurants and shops. This is a non-smoking condo. Located 20 minutes from the airport, close to the Maui Ocean Center, Ma'alaea Harbor, Wailea and 'Iao Valley.
