Our remodeled beach house is approx. 2 minute walk to beach & sleeps up to 10 guests. Entire renovation in 2020, 3 floor property has new kitchen, big living room, 5 cozy bedrooms & 3 bathrooms, 10 beach passes, PARKING, LINENS INCLUDED, towels, paper products PROVIDED. Sit on wrap-around front porch or take short walk to boardwalk, games, restaurants or aquarium. Train station is 1 mi. away. Smart lock access, FAST WIFI, FREE DISNEY +, TV, beach toys, 3 beach bikes, wagon, BBQ, washer/dryer & AC included.
Weekly Sat to Sat bookings>May 15-Sept 30. Must have positive reviews to rent. *Min. rental age is 25. Separate LEASE, ID & DEPOSIT required. NO PETS
*All guests will need to disclose names and addresses to host, which will be submitted to town prior to their stay as required by local ordinance.
There is an Over Occupancy Penalty of $500 per person/per night for every undeclared guest that violates the fire code maximum. Guests exceeding occupancy must leave the property immediately.
* Property manager may access outside area during your stay to water bushes, mow lawn, update propane tanks, etc. Guests are alerted by text.

I love the shore and grew up spending summers on the beach at Point Pleasant Beach. It was our dream to someday own a home in Point, where we can share the summer fun with our family, friends and guests.
Perché ha scelto questa struttura
When we purchased this property it was a "Ghost House" from Super Storm Sandy and it was left vacant for many years. The home was in an awesome location and just needed to be brought back to all its glory, with a few modern touches. So our guests will experience posh, renovated spaces and relaxing vistas from the new wrap-around porch. They can also be in the center of the action on the beach, boardwalk or at a restaurant in under a two minute walk!

Our home features over 40 amenities and is one of the very few seasonal rentals in town that supply linens and paper products with your rental. We strive to deliver a 5 star experience and therefore also provide 8 beach tags, beach gear, a wagon and beach bikes for your convenience. The only thing you need to bring is food and the family!
***We clean our home with hospital grade cleaners and finish by electro-static spraying the high touch surfaces and interior areas with EPA approved Vital Oxide, which kills a variety of germs including MRSA, H1N1, etc.
