We only had a short stay of 3-nights in the middle of the week at this property. There were not any other choices in the Fruita area at the time we booked.The location was great. It kept us from driving back and forth from Grand Junction.

Guys bike trip

Had a great time at the property. Perfect space for my friends and I including a big garage for storing bikes and hanging out after the rides.

Spacious home close to town and biking.

Sunshine house was perfect place for three generations of family to gather…especially with nearby Juniper House only a few doors away in quiet neighborhood for extended family. Well stocked kitchens and ample outdoor dining/play areas much appreciated. Fruita is perfect location for so many outdoor activities.

Great place to stay in Fruita!

This was a great place to stay and relax after a hard day of riding! The online pictures understate how clean and nice the house actually is. I had a few questions to the management company that were answered within minutes. Highly recommend!!

Great family home

Perfect home for our family xmas gathering! There were 16 of us and we had plenty of room to enjoy the holidays. Property manager was super and great communication. They even let us know we would be able to check in early. Will definitely stay again. Loved booking our stay with visit fruita!

Beautiful Home

We were in the area for a Family Reunion in Grand Junction. This beautiful home made it convenient for us all to stay together and it was a quick drive into Grand Junction. It was clean and spacious and we felt safe in the neighborhood. We Loved our stay, there! Thank you!

Great location and house!

We are group of seven 50+ year old professional men who mtn. bike together. This house accommodated us very nicely. Nice outdoor space, and three car garage worked well for our bike storage and assorted equipment. Given our age (LOL) a hot tub would have been an extra bonus. Unfortunately, there was not one available at the time of our stay.

Graduation Weekend

Everything would have been great if it weren’t for the dog in the neighbors back yard barking day and night. We made the best of the situation. As I was told by the host, they can’t control that and I get it. It did affect the ability to use the backyard or go to sleep when we wanted to. They tried helping but ultimately asked us to just “enjoy the 4 walls, furniture & land it sits on.” The home was very clean and had most everything one would need for a stay. I was told by the host that this was the first time anyone had complained about the dog.

This was an amazing upgrade for us. The home is beautiful and comfortable. We were out and about most of the time, then back to a true sanctuary to relax and refresh. And with three generations of our clan staying in one home, there was plenty of space to enjoy family time or to find a place for personal quiet time.Communications with the host were also top shelf excellent. I gladly recommend this as a home away from home.

4 Generation Family Vacation

This home was just as it appears online - clean, beautiful and spacious. The communications were timely and every question answered with excitement and respect. This was my first time renting a vacation home and I would highly recommend this home and hosting crew! 5 star all the way!

Family reunion

We came to Grand Junction for my fathers memorial service and my mothers 89th birthday. This property allowed my family to stay all together under one roof. It is large, spacious, quiet, very clean and very close to town. Thank you for making everything perfect for us. We most certainly would stay here again

Nice Home

A great place to visit for our annual trip to the desert. House was clean and well provisioned and the patio is nice. Only improvement would be the low water pressure to the shower heads.

Very convenient to the parks we visited. Spacious, clean, and quiet.

The check in and out was super easy. All expectations for the property were set via the app, so there were no surprises.
