Amazing location, just steps from the base area! Newly updated adorable condo!

This beautifully furnished 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is located just a short walk from the base area - right across the street! It has newly updated bathrooms, brand new kitchen appliances, flat screen TV and a deck with an amazing view of Mt. Crested Butte. Enjoy the convenience of skiing in for lunch and for après ski. At the end of the day kick back and relax next to the beautiful gas fireplace. In the summer months it makes easy access to the downhill biking trails on the resort and a short bike ride to many other trails in the area. May accommodate up to 4 people.

PARKING: Due to the minimal parking available, no more than one vehicle such as cars, vans, trucks, motorcycles, etc. shall be kept, maintained or allowed on the property of Alpine Condominiums for each residential condominium unit. You will be provided with one parking pass upon arrival. There is nowhere to park on Mt. CB overnight, if you are traveling with two vehicles you will have to park in town and adhere to the snow removal schedule. Please have a plan in place before arrival. We under no circumstance can issue an additional parking pass.

Bedrooms as follows: (1) Queen Bed, (2) Queen Bed.

*First Tracks is a free shuttle service that will transport you to and from the base area during the winter and summer months. All of the information you need is located in the property binder once you arrive.

Book through Peak Property Management and Sales and receive special discounts for ski and snowboard rentals through Christy Sports and Black Tie Ski Rentals!

**This property is pet friendly. Our pet policy is as follows. We allow up to two dogs in the property. There is a $250 refundable pet deposit and a $25 a day pet fee per dog. We do not allow cats.**

****IF YOU ARE BOOKING THROUGH VRBO, WE RECOMMEND NOT PURCHASING DAMAGE PROTECTION THROUGH THEM. It's more expensive and covers you for less. We require one of two options for you regarding damage protection. We recommend you to purchase damage protection for $45. This covers you for up to $3,000 in damages that could occur to the property during your stay. Or you can choose to pay a $1,000 refundable damage deposit. great location right across from mountain base. place is very convenient to bus stop and amenities. water pressure is awesome. bring your own toiletries.

Great condo in a great location

This condo was perfect for 2 couples. We loved that we could walk to the base of the mountain. Decent view of the mountain as well.

Perfect property

Great location. 2 beds, 2 baths that were so great! The beds were so comfortable and the sheets were so nice. It was easy access for our dog...on the first floor. Very convenient. We loved it and would stay there again!

we enjoyed our stay. there is a front door keypd that we kept trying to use to get in and come to find out, the keypd directly attaced to the door and knob was the correct one. Maybe get rid of the keypd not used???

Property is fine. Super easy to access the condo and close to the lifts. Appreciate it being pet friendly and it's easy to care for a pet on the property. Will check availability next time it's just two or three of us coming back to CB. Thank you.

Family ski trip

The location was great! Accurate description of property, however we were disappointed with the cleanliness. There was something on the sheets in one bedroom, cobwebs in corner of bedroom, the doors all squeaked when opened & one bedroom ceiling fan rattled.

Great location for home base to explore the area

We visited Crested Butte and Black Canyon from this location, and also had the opportunity to visit some of the restaurants/bars on property. Very nice overall. Host was very welcoming regarding travel with a dog. Everything was as presented on the VRBO site. We arrived very late so offering some basic items would have been much appreciated (coffee, shampoo, etc). Picking up and dropping off keys off property was inconvenient, although the process was well communicated. The hosts were helpful and accommodating. The location and property were great. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes etc if you wanted to stay in for a meal and theres a small grocery/beverage market steps away. Overall, I’d stay here again!

Good Place, Horrible Parking Situation

This place is nice inside and near ski base. The major issue is horrible parking situation. No assigned spaces, very tight parking due to poor plowing planning. This leads to having to move car if a plowing is required, digging your car out, not being able to use your car for fear of no spots when you get back, steep driveway full of ice/snow to traverse each day tobget to slopes. It's a shame because the fix is so easy, simply have assigned space for each condo with towing enforced. Would also consider simple metal stairs as found all over CButte from condo to sidewalk to avoid having to walk down icey steep driveway each day. Finally, not a fan of no Dropbox key at door so have to go to Peak Management office way out of town (in CB South) to get and drop off keys instead of in town or on slopes. Residents said HOA is the issue? Either way, fix the parking situation and this place would be a 4+, as is, it's a 2.

Nice location, some logistics and communication issues with property manager

The place was nice, comfortable, clean and great access to lifts and base area. I had a weird experience with the communication with the property manager. They sent so many emails, it was troubling, then they asked for a separate deposit which I have never heard of besides the typical incidentals. I had to pay a large deposit equal to more than double the number of nights I stayed ahead of time, they charged my card, so I will see if I get it back in reasonable time. There were problems in communication about that, I thought it was settled, but they contacted me about it multiple times, a little troubling. Check in and out was at a property management company 15 minutes down the road, it made a long trip even longer and worry for check out, essentially you can't ski the day you check out as you need to drive to the next town to return the key by 10 am. We did not have problems with the actual property and we loved the view.

Awesome for ski!

Couldn’t be better for skiing- just across the street from shuttles. Bathrooms had be newly updated and had a hair dryer in each. Beds were comfortable. Washer and dryer in the unit. Keyless locks on the door, so no need to check in at the management company in town. Unit was clean and had the basics.

Great holiday stay!

We loved that this property was just across the street from the village and lift access. The unit was well appointed and had everything we needed. Checkin and out was easy and the team was incredibly responsive when we had an issue, which they resolved quickly. We enjoyed our stay!

Great location- comfy beds

We had a lovely weekend at this property. Was clean and comfortable. My husband, who usually hates beds at rentals, mentioned how comfortable the beds were. Easy checkin/out. Overall lots of space in the unit, only issue was finding it the first night. We stopped in town for dinner before going to the rental after dark and it took some creative iPhone/map discovery. There are no addresses visible at night, and the parking access to the building is from a road past the unit. We learned turn left at the liquor store was the way to find it. Thanks for a great weekend!

Easy, Clean Crested Butte Getaway

We visited with my in-laws in August and had a lovely stay. The condo had plenty of space for 2 adult couples and a dog. It was clean, with comfortable beds, and conveniently located in the mountain village with on-site parking. We would come back in the wintertime to easily walk to the slopes.
