Located on the 1st hole of the Golf Club at Johnson ranch, "Arizona Paradise" is the perfect place to experience all that Arizona has to offer. We are minutes from all the amenities yet you will feel so relaxed sitting out and listening to the doves coo in the early morning skylight...or head down for Live Music at the San Tan Flats for Southwest Flavor and Fun!
Indulge in our spa-like oasis. Or get rowdy in the game room and play a round of black-jack. At the end of the day pull out the sleeper sofa for Movie Night on our 82 inch Samsung Smart "cable free" TV with streaming and some app services such as Netflix and Prime Video provided complimentary! A midnight dip will send you away to a deep sleep dreaming of your next adventures...

Great place

The house was fabulous the kids loved the pool and the water fall couldn't keep them out of the pool enough bed for all the family.

The Perfect Pool!

We booked this VRBO for a week of relaxation to reset from busy day life. The house was fantastic but the pool was exceptional. We paid to have the pool heated, which we have done at many VRBOs. This has been the only pool where you could feel the heat. We were able to jump in the pool early in the morning before the sunshine was beaming off the water and at night after sunset! Would recommend this host and house to anyone.

Lovely Home

Everything was perfect with this home. The location was great for our stay. We spent a lot of time sitting on the patio enjoying the pool and the view. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are very comfortable. Had a great stay!!

Amazing!

Denise is the best! Constant communication and checking in to make sure the stay was great! The house is wonderful, pool is paradise. I will definitely stay here again if I go to Arizona! And pet friendly so always a plus!

Lovely Home

We were in town for a funeral and had to take our dogs with us, so we were looking for a place that allowed pets. This was a lovely home, close to everywhere we needed to be. The home's owner was very nice and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

2020 Holiday Season!!!

Awesome home, great swimming area, the home is very well laid out and furnished, owners were very responsive and great to work with. Would highly recommend this home and this was the perfect experience with the COVID 19 issues we faced in 2020. 5+ STARS!!!!

Absolutely perfect

Our stay in San Tan Valley was perfect - pool is incredible ( salt water and water falls a plus! ) , house has everything that you need , clean , very up to date and professionally decorated . Neighbors were very kind and amenities at Johnson Ranch were excellent - from evening pickleball , to day time golfing at the pitch and put it was awesome ! We rode bikes , took long walks and enjoyed the incredible sunset’s …. Highly recommend to anyone who need to escape the rain or snow and need some TLC - dessert paradise !

Definitely a Poolside Paradise

We come here every year, and the title says it all Poolside Paradise. We spend 95% of our time outside enjoying the pool and getting in the most relaxation we can while there. The home is bright and spacious. We had 7 adults there and not once did we ever feel like we were in each other's ways. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need, the game room recently got a bed added to it which was so nice to have another closed off space for people to sleep. Speaking of games there are plenty to choose from we love playing Farkle and Sequence nightly on the patio. All in all, we cannot wait to come back next year! As always Thank you Denise for providing a wonderful home for others to enjoy.

Family Stay April 2021

This home is beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures. We really enjoyed our stay and the location, we were visiting family in Florence, but San Tan Valley has all of the amenities you need and it's a great location for home base. The pool is amazing, love the lights and water features at night. The beds were so comfortable and I loved the bright and cheery bedding, perfect touch with out being too much. Denise was very easy to work with and responded to messages quickly. I would definitely recommend this vacation home and would love to stay here again. My only suggestion is; the BBQ grill needs a little maintenance, other than that, this is a wonderful property. Thank you for sharing your home. Angie J.

An amazing vacation home!

We loved our stay at this house! We really appreciated the personal touches in decor and the bottle of wine was a lovely added bonus! The house was well stocked with plenty of towels, kitchenware, pool towels, and toiletries. The beds were comfortable and have beautiful linens. The back patio was just perfect, watching the sunsets from the pool, enjoying the birds visiting the saguaro made for a serene day. The pool is bigger and has beautiful tile surrounding. There is plenty of places to sit and enjoy the pool area. The view of the golf course is also a plus. You are literally a few minutes from the all of the stores. The owner Denise was quick to respond to any questions. The grill worked perfectly. We will definitely be back next year!!!!

Vacation rental home is resort-like!

This is a spacious and comfortable house and from the minute we walked in it felt like home. The home was spotless with a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, and beds with homey touches throughout. The home is in the Johnson Ranch area, so it was easy to get to shopping and the tourist attractions that are in the Phoenix and Tucson areas. The backyard oasis was outstanding with a grill area adjacent to the patio that included a table & chairs, a couch, and two loungers by the saltwater pool. This oasis overlooks the first fairway of the Johnson Ranch golf course. When the weather finally became consistently warm, we paid the fee to have the pool heated and what a treat that was. Communicating with Denise (the owner) was easy, and she was quick to respond to all requests. We highly recommend staying at this house.

Memories Made

This property was amazing! My husband and I, his parents, and my son and his girlfriend stayed here along with our dogs. The home is beautifully laid out, very clean, and super cozy! The kitchen was very organized and included everything you needed to prepare meals for a good group of people. The pool is absolutely gorgeous. We paid a little extra to have the heat put on which made it more perfect. This home was a great home base for us to be able to go to several baseball and football games in the surrounding area to watch our grandchildren. They were able to come to the house for a couple meals and spend quality time with us in the pool where we spent most of our time. Denise, the owner was so great to work with. She was very fast at responding to all my messages. Definitely a super host! Great memories were made with four generations here and we'd love to stay at this home away from home again!

Objective review

It’s a lovely property with a very nice setting. Denise was very responsive when I had questions. The downside was the home was not completely cleaned. Master BR and bath was fine. The other bath was untouched. And we had to pull pillowcases out of stuffed dryer to finish making a bed. Then fold the rest. Tv is huge but unable to watch much of what I wanted as no mainstream programming included. No ESPN tnt tbs etc. only one station to watch ncaa tournament. Pool area is beautiful and the pool is heated as long as you pay an extra 50 a day to heat it. It a really lovely home. They just to step it up if they want the big bucks.

Arizona Getaway

This is a beautiful well equipped home. The pool and patio area back up to a golf course where we observed road runners and quail daily! The pool is a decent size and there is an abundance of comfortable outdoor furniture. The beds are comfy and the bedding is high quality. Denise is exceptionally responsive to questions and concerns. Be aware that San Tan Valley is in the far southeast valley, but the home is actually very close to grocery stores, and near Queen Creek which has many restaurants. It was quiet at night. The extra that we paid to heat the pool was well worth it as the nights were in the 40's when we were there. There is no cable or satellite TV, but the internet is great and we streamed our favorites on the large smart TV. I would make a suggestion to equip the master bedroom with a TV, and some hooks to hang clothing. (although the laundry room has plenty of space to hang our clothing) Thanks Denise for answering all of our questions and sharing your beautiful home.

Most amazing stay!!

We live in Arizona and had an unfortunate circumstance with a remodel that left us needing to relocate for an extended period. We chose a VRBO because of our family size (including pets). Denise responsed almost immediately and went out of her way to accommodate us. The property is beautiful and I can't say enough wonderful things about Denise. She was incredible with helping us out and going above and beyond to meet our needs. She was available 24/7 and always on top of any requests or questions. The property is stunning and well stocked for any of your needs. I will recommend her over and over to any family and friends traveling to Arizona, and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful pool home in a quiet neighborhood for short or longer term. We absolutely loved our stay there!

Stayed for a month and really enjoyed it. The home has a nice layout with great amenities. The salt water pool is great especially when heated.

Arizona Bliss!

We felt very fortunate staying at this home. It was spacious, quiet and beautifully decorated. It had all the right touches and items to use during our stay. The location was ideal for where we wanted to be and the communication with Chris and Denise was appreciated. Thank you for offering such a nice property. We would definitely stay again.

We are a family that loves our time together away from the hustle bustle and constant interruptions-- no video games here! We have plenty of old fashion games as well as a great movie night big screen TV where there's room to pull out the sofa sleeper and cuddle up! During the day? Swim together, Golf, Go Hiking or Biking! We have the Location!

Located on the first hole of the Golf Club @ Johnson Ranch we are close to everything! Frye's Grocery is two blocks away, the club house is a nice leisurely stroll for Taco Tuesdays, or hit the tennis and pickleball courts just a few minutes away.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

We Loved the Floor Plan! The Master is an escape within the escape, while the whole house flows so well for us. The "mini-master" with shared ensuite is the perfect second best bedroom in the house-- althought the quiet and away third bedroom has great privacy. The Family Area and the Game Room are so cool! We love them. We hope you will too.
