Very nice condo. Unfortunately there was construction going on at the property our entire stay that we were not notified of prior to booking. Other than that I would recommend this property.

We took our grandchildren for their first beach adventure!! This condo was the perfect vacay home. The balcony overlooked the pool with an amazing view of the beach! We were there for the 4th of July. The balcony provided an amazing view of the fireworks! Would definitely recommend this condo for a family beach getaway!!

While we enjoyed our stay, the property was in desperate need of some care. Broken outdoor railings, broken tile floors, broken indoor pool (which is a big reason we booked here), sides of the building needing repairs. Our room was ok. The dryer didn’t dry our clothes, there was a sour smell throughout that they tried to mask with bleach, torn up/worn out furniture. The outdoor pool was really great, the kids loved it. Great location, and great view. But the whole building and unit needs an overhaul.

Beautiful and Breezy

We enjoyed our condo at Phoenix East, directly on the beach with beautiful views from the 9th floor. The condo was spacious for our family of 5. The kitchen had all the essentials that we needed. The basketball and pickle ball courts were an added bonus for the kids and they were able to get basketballs from the front desk.
