**Please Note: Summer House is undergoing an exterior renovation. Construction noise, lifts, north railing barriers, and limited parking are expected from 6/1/24 to 8/18/24 for exterior painting and stucco and framing work on the north side of the building. This work will begin at 8am Monday - Saturday, and some Sundays. Due to limited parking, you may be required to park in the overflow lot across the street. No construction entry will be needed inside since they are just painting the exterior during this time and all pools will be open. The remaining exterior renovation work will be completed outside of this timeframe and no rentals will be allowed.**

Beautiful west-end corner condo in the A building of Summer House. This condo has a wrap around balcony that offers access from the living room and every bedroom in the unit. You'll love watching the sun set over our beautiful beaches. This upscale 3 BR / 2BA, 3rd floor beachfront condo sleeps eight guests with a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, two twin beds in the third bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Interior Appointments: Fully equipped kitchen, 4 TVs, full-size washer and dryer, gulf front balcony accessible via living room and all three bedrooms, plus high end cotton linens.

Complex Amenities: Community Hot Tub, Community Sauna, Community Indoor Pool, Kiddie/Wading Pool, Community Outdoor Pool, Sun Deck, Tennis Courts, Pickleball Courts, Putting Green, Grill Area (Charcoal), and Fitness Center.
