Incredible views and the beach access was amazing! The rental came with beach stuff like chairs already and the house was super clean. Definitely a must stay!!

Excellent location. Some days we had the beach completely to ourselves. The home was comfortable, the double balconies were great. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and accouterments. Easy check in. Wonderful stay at a wonderful property.

Was a great stay. We loved falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean and waking up to the views. House we spotless and very accurate to the photos.

This was an amazing location right on the beach. The kids loved the location and we loved everything about the rooms. Amazing view and excellent communication with host. Would really love tonstay here again. Best bargain and super clean. The garage was great too for keeping our vehicle out of storms. Thanks again!!

Rally enjoyed our stay. The place was well maintained with great beach views and only steps from the beach. Our entire family enjoyed all the common spaces and we plan on going back to the same place next year. Highly recommend this place.

Great location. Great setup. Everything was what we wanted- except that it smelled like varnish, very potently like varnish or paint thinner. I reached out to the property management company and they did not respond timely, did not offer any solutions or to even have someone come and check it out, and tried to blame it on another unit when the smell was clearly coming from the garage under our unit. We woke up with a headache on the second day and did our best to manage with the smell. There were beams in the garage that smelled very potently of varnish and beams across the back of the property as well so even when we were walking up from the beach, we could smell it.

We had a wonderful stay. Amazing sunrise every morning. The home was clean and had everything we needed. We had everything we needed for a great beach day. We will stay again.

This is our third or fourth stay here and this visit did not disappoint. The property updates and renovations are beautiful. Thank you for the prompt responses and taking such great care of the property. We love staying here!

We loved staying at this townhome. The location is amazing -- access to a beautiful beach is just steps away. The townhome was very clean, and we had plenty of space for two adults and two teens. The kitchen is very well-stocked. This is a very quiet strip of beach...the drive to the grocery store is about five minutes, and downtown St. Augustine 10-15. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great. We were close to activities and restaurants. Plus the beach is right outside! No problems at all and would certainly stay again.

Great Getaway

Great getaway location for a family girl’s trip! The condo was absolutely perfect in every way… cleanliness, location, comfortable beds, and THAT VIEW!!! Worked wonderfully as the beach was right off the bottom deck! Would definitely stay again!

Great for family beach vacation

The property was very clean and in great condition. We really enjoyed our stay and would return. The property manager was very responsive to the few questions we had.
