Beautiful property. On the water with private boat slip. Pool was perfect for our family. Plenty of room for 16 people (we have a big family). The place was perfect for us!

.Bill our host was always there for any questions we had. The one problem we had was taken care of immediately. The house is beautiful, we used every room and were never in each others way. The view was fabulous and we spent most of our time in the pool.

As always, great experience with Bill and his rentals! This property had great catfishing and nearby Aqua Toys for renting wave runners! TONS of room for our extended family.

Great location on lake

House was perfect for our extended family vacation. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The pool not right outside a patio entrance was the only downfall.

80th Birthday celebration

This is an exceptional house and location for a great visit to Lake of the Ozarks. The view of the inlet bay was superb, especially at sunset. We were able observe many firework displays from the decks. Would highly recommend for family outings.

Great place to stay

Our family of 10 had ample room in this beautiful home. The bedrooms were nice and the pool was wonderful. Be sure to bring your own coffee filters and any additional spices you like. Then go and have a great time! This property is in an excellent location. Close to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. We loved fishing off the dock or swimming in the lake as well.

House was awesome. Had spectacular views and close to stores, boat rental and restaurants Would recommend highly Bill the owner communicated the entire way and Bryan the property manager was there for every need or question

Family Time

We had a great time here. The house was perfect for 17 of us, ranging from 80 to 2 1/2 years old. Be prepared for lots of steps both inside and down to the lake. We loved being on the water with 2 boats and our own pool was an added bonus. The house was was well equipped with everything we needed and offered beautiful views of the lake. We were able to take the boats to fun nearby places to eat.

Time of our lives!

This is a lovely home that worked out wonderfully for our family of 12! (4 under 6). The littles were catching a ton of fish from the dock and having the time of their lives. The location was perfect to restaurants, grocery stores and other attractions. We rented a pontoon for tubing as well. The house is clean, comfortable and we could all gather together to play games or eat. Magnificent! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

Stayed first week of June - had a great time. Everything about the house was great/ as advertised. Very clean / very comfortable/ excellent location.Just like every lakefront house be prepared to walk a ton of stairs up and down from dock or pool level. We had grandparents in our group and was not a big issue - but could be with anyone in your group that struggles with stairs. Caught a ton of fish off pier - bluegill / catfish / bass. Great patio space especially in evenings with western exposure. Only one small issue for this summer ( did not bother us much this week ) There is a house being built next door but was only noisy 1 -2 days during our stay. Work did not start till after 8 am and ended around 4 pm. Just something to be aware of for next few months. All in all 10/10 and would definitely stay here again !

Making Memories

This property checked off many of the boxes of what we needed. The house was in a great location and close to boat rental. We had plenty of room for the 13 of us ranging from 1-60. We enjoyed the pool as well as the lake. Our family had a great week making memories! Compared to other properties that we’ve rented this property was a little overpriced. The attention to property details was not a not a 5 star rating. Also beach towels were not provided. When I inquired about them, they said other guest took them. We had to purchase our own which if notified earlier we could have brought ours from home. Overall this vacation was full of making new memories.

Best vacation home we found in 8 years

We have been staying in the Ozark and Osage Beach area for the past 8 summers and this was my favorite home rental thus far. We had plenty of fridge space, the washer and dryer were huge to hold lots of towels in a single load. The home was beautiful, very up to date and spacious and the air conditioner kept up completely, even upstairs! The location was great with sunsets and a place to swim near the dock. Lots of shoreline to fish and relax on the outdoor decks with a great view! There was plenty of parking, even room for our boat trailer. The owner and property manager were always timely with any questions or requests. My only disappointment would be the shower pressure on the top floor where my family stayed and we have 5 females with long/thick hair. We were likely competing with the other 3 showers going downstairs at the same time. But Thank you Bill for sharing your beautiful home, and thank you Brian for all you did to accommodate. We hope to stay here again in the coming years!

Family Celebration

Great location, loved the cove, view and proximity to boat rentals. Home needs some TLC as it is a bit worn for such a lovely home. The beds and bath were clean overall, but definitetly noticed the other parts of the home ie. carpet was really dirty, and there were lots of bugs and dust/webs around windows/window seals. There was some damage to the front door screen door that someone duct taped to keep the door in, so again for such a nice home, should be fixed. I am sure it can be tough to keep up with busy rental season so we didn't complain, but just being honest. We loved the extra space throughout the home and that everyone had room to spread out. Bryan the caretaker was helpfull on day 1 when we thought lower level fridge didn't work. (It was due to us over filling with warm beverages, suggest to note that somewhere to avoid confusion). Overall we liked and would come back to this property.

This home was perfect for our big family! There was 17 of us from California, Texas and Missouri and we GREATLY enjoyed it! Wonderful separation of the bedrooms for peace and quiet from the entertaining areas. The pool was amazing and the balconies overlooking the lake were beautiful with awesome sunsets. We enjoyed the ping pong table, kayaks and firepit as well. We did purchase a new ping pong paddle set and a canoe paddle to leave for the enjoyment of future visitors. It was also so nice to have a dock to use for our boat and the garage was empty to park our cars. Brought our cornhole and played in the driveway - FUN! Plenty of kitchen items for cooking/BBQing. Overall, I would happily rate this house 5 stars!!! Already trying to plan a trip for next year.Only a few downfalls: we wish they provided more towels for the bathroom and pool (although there is a washer/dryer/detergent). In addition, the refrigerator on the bottom floor never got completely cold. However, these definitely weren't deal breakers for us! The hosts and maintenance were wonderful and very quick to respond to any of our needs when needed. Great time had by all!

Perfect Vacation!

House is beautiful, the views from pool and decks are spectacular, and the location is perfect! We spent everyday at the pool watching the boats, jet ski’s, and sunsets. House is spacious for large families, kitchen is well stocked, and plenty of seating! Entire house was very clean.We had a great vacation at this property…would definitely stay here again!!!

Great location

Had a great time. The house has a great location in a cove with a restaurant and close to grocery stores and target. Good pizza place and the owner recommendations for restaurants was spot on. Not mentioned in the listing was a per day cash charge to heat the pool (not a big deal in summer but it did start to get cold) also the mattresses were not great for a house of this price point- very springy/hard and the master had a full size bed. Be sure to bring spices for cooking as there was only salt and pepper. The property caretaker has a pontoon you can rent from him as well which was convenient. Would we stay again? Sure.

Glad you enjoyed unit stay at our lake home. Just a few clarifications on your comments. We don’t provide any food items such as spices per Covid requirements. Second the master bed is a queen bed not a full bed. We upgraded it to a king bed after your stay. Third we change out all mattresses every couple of years so they are fresh. We have never had any complaints in the past. Hope to see you back soon. Thanks Bill

Awesome house

The house was great and the property manager was super helpful and responsive. The only complaint was the kids were looking forward to using the foos ball table and there was not one as shown in the pictures. The pool was great and well taken care of daily and the dock was very nice. Great trip!
