Perfect place for myself and my husband. Cozy and just the right size. Convenient to downtown but still a quiet area. Would definitely stay here again. Side note: the bed is magically comforable!

I thought it was going to be a little bit of a walk from the strip but it was very close. Easy process of checking in and the host made sure I got all the communications from them (which I highly liked). Checking out was also easy process. Parking on site and no charge for that (unlike other spots). I would stay here again in the future when we come back.

I have to start off with the terrific shower! That was a great way to start the trip after a long drive and a late check in. Host instructions were very easy to understand and the location was an easy walk into town. The place was clean and very comfy. Had an eventful bear encounter as we were unloading, but the condos had posted about frequent bear sitings on property. So be mindful, they seam harmless but still keep your eyes open.

Very close to the parkway and lots of activities and shopping near by. Free parking is a plus especially with the closeness to everything you will want to see and do. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids.

Well when we arrived their was some Folks smoking weed on their patio right where you pull up.. not very cool but anyway.. So we was there at check in a little early so we watched the so called cleaning people spend about 15 minutes "cleaning " our room.. We checked in and went walking downtown until about 8pm.. Time for Bed not good when you pull the covers back and their is a bunch of hair all over the "clean" sheets. Found a set and changed ourselves so we could at least feel a little better about it but that lasted until morning..woke up and packed our bags and left.. messaged host to only get back a response of how to check out but no mention of of the poor service by the cleaning people. So I'll never book with Vrbo again .

Super cute and comfy!

Easy check in with plenty of info given prior to arrival. Convenient location to downtown Gatlinburg to avoid driving through traffic.

Cozy stay

We loved this place! We were about one block from the main strip, easy walking access to everything. The room was clean and VERY well decorated and cute. It wasn’t too big but was just was we needed. It was right off the elevator so we did hear some people but it wasn’t anything we couldn’t handle.

Excellent remodel

The remodel that had been recently done on this property looks exactly like the photos listed. Plenty of parking and easy access to rooms and amenities. The condo was also stocked with all the little things we needed for our stay. Overall excellent, I would highly recommend.

Modern, clean and great location!

I booked this condo for a little getaway for my husband and I. We loved it. The condo is a short walk to downtown Gatlinburg, exactly what we wanted. We were only staying a couple of days, therefor we didn't want that time to be spent driving everywhere. The condo is super cute with a modern, rustic decor. Very neat and clean. Booking was so easy. The owner provided all the necessary arrival and departure information in a timely manner. I will definitely mark this as a favorite on my trip board and look forward to staying here again.

The photos of this property are misleading. The condo was missing a couch, and there were noticeable scuff marks all over the walls. Several items were missing, including bedding and pillows. Upon arrival, the unit was not clean — we found dirty socks and trash left behind, the bedding appeared unwashed, and the spare pillows in the closet were stained (one with what looked like blood) and stored on top of a dirty mop. The rugs had visible food crumbs, and there was mold present in the bathroom and shower. There was dirt accumulated along baseboards and in corners and unknown substances on the cabinets/doors.Overall, the cleanliness and condition of the property were disappointing compared to the listing.
