Watch the incredible rapidly changing mountain views from the balcony, bedroom, or picnic area. Mountain sunsets are incredible. Enjoy the lights of Gatlinburg and Ober Gatlinburg in the distance. I absolutely loved the ease of the checkin process and that there wasn't a 24-hour restriction on it (I'm a procrastinator and was playing this trip 'by ear'). The property was clean and the view was wonderful. The only downside was winding up and down the mountain for access, but that's par for the course in this area.

Beautiful balcony view! Just what we wanted. Condo is comfortable. A little dated, but a great value. Quite the steep, winding 1 1/2 mile road to the unit, but that’s what gives you the incredible view. Encountered a bear in the parking lot, just as warned. He was peering in cars, so be sure to follow the rules about not leaving food in your vehicle! He wasn’t threatening…ran off when we yelled at him. Add to the charm of the experience in the Smokies!!

The setting is beautiful, saw bears closely, easy check-in and exit. Plenty of space for a couple. Not too far from Gatlinburg and the national park. The interior could use an update. Comfortable, enough kitchen cookware, but just looks a bit tired. That being said, we’d definitely stay again.

Thanks for the stay, Cathy. We recognize that the condo hasn’t undergone a full renovation like some others in the area, and we price it accordingly. We continue to make steady improvements and maintain the space so it remains comfortable and functional for guests. I don’t think it’s entirely fair to book a value‑priced stay and then compare it to a luxury‑level experience, but as you noted, you did have a nice stay and would return. I imagine that’s because the condo met — and perhaps exceeded — your needs at a price point that offers strong value.

Great place to stay. Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, adorable decor. Outside the hassle bustle yey close to hiking and attractions. Enjoyed our stay!

Pat, Thanks for your stay. People tend to think that the heart of the town is where the activity is but we have as much maybe more here. Access to to trail heads that branch into numerous trails; views; golf; zipline; rafting, etc.

The condo isn’t fully modernized, but it’s a very comfortable space, and we’ve replaced the flooring throughout within the last year. We’ll continue applying updates periodically as cash flow permits, and the current level of modernization is reflected in the price. I’m happy to hear it was a nice place to stay for your special trip.

My husband and I spent the week in the condo. It was the perfect size for us and the views of the mountains were amazing. The road up to the condo took us a little to get use to but all the switchbacks were worth it for the gorgeous view!!

Weekend getaway

A weekend getaway to celebrate our anniversary. My husband and I loved our stay. The view was gorgeous, the room just what we needed, the restaurant was perfect.

I have aspirations of retiring to the mountains and managing 5 of our own properties and 15 other luxury vacation rentals. A condo purchase in May of 2018 represents our 3rd property. In November of 2023, I purchased a fourth property, a railroad caboose. Throughout 2024, we will be converting the Caboose to a luxury 1 bedroom property with a goal of having it on rental for spring of 2025.

In 2013, we took over the daily management of the properties. We aren't perfect but we do believe in continuous improvement. We consider our places to be part of your vacation experience and as such we are part of 100's of joyous times with families and friends. Our hope is that the cabin & your stay in this beautiful city is a wonderful, lifelong memory.

Convenient to Smoky Mountain National Forest, Gatlinburg. Quiet neighborhood with dedicated security and plow service. Surrounded by national parklands which result in a massive amount of wildlife all around us. Relaxing mountain views.

A short drive to Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, and Biltmore Estate.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Indoor pool, 3 outdoor pools, picnic area, hot tub, sauna, views, views, and more views.

Roads maintained by the HOA, winter snows are addressed immediately making chains or 4 WD unnecessary. As legal disclaimer assumes vehicle operator exercised prudent judgment using plowed roads. I personally have not used 4 WD to access the property and have had about 6 snows now.
