This house is a home. It feels like home. It is better than described. It is super clean, modern, and has everything you need. The view of Horsetooth is amazing and the hot tub is such an incredible bonus. Thank you for the fantastic stay. We will be back.

Great place close to town

I would recommend - the place was clean and easy to check in. The views of horse tooth are awesome, especially while soaking in the hot tub when the sun goes down. Great place overall.

the house was clean and inviting views were great and saw many wildlife just outside the house definitely recommend it for vacation combining downtown fort collins and the lake

Great Place

Great place to stay if you are doing something in the FT Collins area. Nice house, well maintained, clean and all the amenities you need. Hot tub tops off the day of activities.

Perfection

I rented the home to stay while visiting family in Fort Collins. It was an easy drive to southeast Fort Collins and the perfect place to decompress and rest after full days with family. Definitely would stay there again!

Beautiful paradise near the city!

This property has all the allure of a secludedmountain paradise yet was an easy 15 minute drive from the best stops in fort Collins. 10/10 will be coming back

We had an excellent time! The views were lovely. The house and kitchen were well equipped. We really appreciated the coffee and nice hot tub. It was a perfect getaway. :)

Amazing location

This is our second time staying at this property with our family of 5. It's a quick drive from Fort Collins, but you feel like you are truly in Colorado wilderness. The property is incredibly clean, the views from the deck are incredible, and you can hike right out the door. I'm sure we will be back again!

Great location, wildlife, views. Properly was clean, and taken care of. Property management was very responsive. Loved the hot tub but it took a while to warm up.

Horsetooth Reservoir/ Fort Collins

This was a great property, with amazing views that we enjoyed every day and night. Relaxing in the hot tub and gazing at the stars and the city lights in the distance. Great location- 30 minutes to Fort Collins for restaurants and shopping. Great spot for hikes. Would like to come back in the summer to enjoy the water sports.

Great VRBO with an incredible view

We stayed at the VRBO for a short weekend. The house was gorgeous and comfortable inside and had an incredible view. We watched the sunrise over the reservoir both mornings from the hot tub. We also hosted some friends for a dinner, and the space leant itself well to hosting and cooking. The check-in process and communication were top notch. I would absolutely stay here again.

Nice property

Very clean and modern. Temperature consistency was a little different and the upstairs shower and hot tub deck need some no slip tapes, but overall it is a very nice property. It is in a great location and has close proximity to a lot of things to do around Fort Collins. Would recommend and would stay a again.
