Great stay!

The unit is beautifully decorated and very clean. The only issue we had were the directions to the unit were difficult to follow but the property manager was quick to respond and walk us through how to get there. We had a great stay!

Beautiful Home - 5 Star Rating

This is our second time in 2 years to stay here and absolutely love it. Very clean and very comfortable beds. The two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the home to allow extra privacy. Large TV to enjoy. Bathroom and shower was very refreshing and very clean. Looking forward to staying here a third time!!!!!

Everything You Need!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bayne's Show! The property is just as described. We enjoyed the peace and quiet, easy access to the I-70 corridor, abundant recreational opportunities in the area, the bbq grill and fire pit. The apartment is well-appointed, beautifully decorated and offers everything needed to enjoy a visit to the western slope of of Colorado. Highly recommend!

Absolutely Amazing wonderful

Our stay was wonderful! The property is super nice. The pictures dont do it enough justice! The house is spectacular, the yard it wonderfully spacious and green! The surrounding area is quiet and beautiful. We found the property dog to be super cute and sweet she would check on us each morning. We would love to rebt this property again! My husband left his wedding ring behind and Tina set sraight to work trying to locate it for us! We love love love this property! Thank you for helping us make my Son's 4th of July birthday extra special!!!

For a wedding in New Castle

The property was just as advertised. Property manager replied timely to requests and questions. Concern of this midwesterner about no air conditioning was no worry at all as lower unit was cool even on hi 80’s days. Great near restaurants and the written directions sent were perfect , as i arrived after dark. Highly recommended

Unhappy

The place was nice and clean, but residents on site were extremely noisy above our rental. We were able to get into the house but there was no information on how to secure the door when we went sightseeing. Mountain view is blocked shrubs. Would not recommend this location.

However, we are disappointed that you never reached out to the on site host or the online host at any time during your stay regarding the tenants in the unit above or for assistance with locking the door and instead chose to leave a poor review for concerns that could have been easily resolved. It is clearly stated multiple times in the pre arrival correspondence as well as the home's guest guide that we are more than happy to assist with any questions, concerns or issues that may arise during your stay!

No sleep

The bed in the bedroom nearest the bathroom needs replaced. The mattress is awful and I got no sleep at all

Bed bugs

Everything was fine until my daughter found a bedbug in the eastern bedroom. The property manager was very slow to respond, the people who were on site (I assume the owners) were extremely unhelpful. I advised that I expected to be refunded, and was told by the smug old man on site that he doubted that would happen, while he taunted my wife with the bedbug we captured in a pint glass, before simply releasing the bug near the entrance to the property. It is very unfortunate, as this would have been a great property, if not for the infestation.

Hi Daniel, Although we appreciated the opportunity to host your family, your attempt to receive a free stay is extremely disheartening. You initially texted management on the last full day of your reservation, and we responded within fifteen minutes. Due to the severity of the claim, we immediately hired a local third-party professional to provide a thorough inspection of the home, which they completed within 24 hours. That inspection came back clean and clear and proved your claims to be false. In addition, this property has three rentals on site and the couple that you were extremely aggressive toward were staying in an adjoining unit and not management.

Very comfortable and clean house

We stayed in the basement unit. The unit is spacious and very clean. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable while visiting family. While we did not do much cooking when there, the kitchen is very well equipped.

Wounderful

Finding the home was a little difficult, but once we found it we loved it. The home was beautifully decorated and quite spacious. The host was very responsive to all of our questions.

wonderful getaway from the city

I loved staying here, it was very quiet and I even saw a deer! We had a great time grilling and visiting Iron Mountain hot springs.
