You found a wonderful condo!! This has such a great view, comes with 2 beach cruiser bikes and beach equipment! The condo is a 1 bedroom with open concept. It has been updated with very high end finishes and is extremely clean! Repainted in 2026! It has everything you need for your stay! Just bring some beach towels and some groceries and you are set! The condo complex is ocean front and you are only a 1 minute walk to the beach. The complex offers a wonderful private pool area, an elevator, luggage carts, a beautiful cook out area with grills and tables! Every floor has it's own coin operated laundry for your use. You just can't go wrong with the condo or the complex! Is close to everything in Coligny, the beach, bike paths, shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, entertainment and the near Celebration Park! The Town of Hilton Head Short Term Rental Permit # is 071648

It was the perfect place for a weekend beach trip to Hilton Head. Its location is ideal, just a minute or two walk to the beach and centrally located in Hilton Head. The condo was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed, including beach chairs. The balcony was great with a table and chairs with a nice view of the beach. Communication from the hosts was excellent and their instructions were clear and comprehensive. Check-in and check out were easy. We had a great time and highly recommend this condo!

This was a wonderful stay for our anniversary and a time away from our kids. The place was just as advertised and was clean and comfortable. It was super close to the beach and many wonderful food places. We also loved the bikes and exploring the town on great bike paths. The hosts gave us great ideas of places to go and eat and helped our first time in HHI to be a great little vacation.

Loved the view of the ocean from patio! Enjoyed coffee sitting there in the mornings. Ample parking, easy walkable access to beach. We even rented the umbrella and chairs at beach so we only needed our towels and sunscreen. Hilton head area is lovely and one of our favorites!

Very clean, very updated. Proximity to the beach was fantastic. Nice partial ocean view. Walkable to restaurants and shops. Bikes, beach chairs, umbrella and coolers…great perks. Perfect beach getaway stay!

Cozy well-laid-out unit with just what we needed for our two-night Hilton Head stay. Beach view from our balcony (great for hanging out, breakfasts and dinners), kitchen with necessities we needed, short walk to the beach, great local ride on the cruiser bikes, short car drive to shopping and lighthouse/marina views in Sea Pines.

Enjoyed staying in this condo while exploring the Hilton Head area! The condo was very clean, well stocked, and easily accessible with the elevator and luggage carts! We enjoyed the deck and ocean view when we took time to relax! The owners were very friendly and great to work with! I’d recommend this condo to anyone!

The condo was clean and had everything one would need to stay by the beach ie; chairs, cooler, umbrella if you need one ( we didn’t use). It would be nice if host did have a couple beach towels so we didn’t have to pack a bulky towel. The sideview of the ocean was nice. The kitchen was adequately equipped with anything you would need. Was especially happy there was a Keurig The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had sufficient nice towels ( my only negative would be they invest in a better quality toilet paper) The host gave adequate directions on entering the property and with gate and door codes ( my only negatives on the property is there is zero lighting which is likely not under Hosts control and the gates seemed to be unnecessary since anyone could still enter on foot onto the grounds, either by going around the gate or from the beach). We arrived after dark and it was very hard to navigate and determine where to go and extremely dark in the parking lot. The pool is not heated and very cold this time of year / October (this was divulged to me by the host prior to our stay). All in all we had a great stay and this is a very nice condo to spend a few days at the beach.

In town for a memorial. So easy to get around the area. Went to “The Bank”, fun place to order food & drink, catch up with cousins. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and setting on the balcony with coffee watch the water view. We would definitely stay again if on HHI. Thank you for your hospitality! Lynne & Mike. The unit was perfect for us. It was very clean and quiet and provided everything we needed. There is a nice little balcony to sit outside and enjoy the weather — you can see the ocean from there as well. It was a short and easy walk to the beach. A perfect location. Parking was easy and it was great to be able to park under cover.The host was great and very responsive to my inquiries. I would highly recommend staying here.
