Great house on the beach

The house is wonderful to stay at. Easy access to the beach with plenty of good places within walking distance.

Loved this place. Clean and comfortable. Nice to have access to parking for 2 vehicles. The ocean is visible, although, yes, a dune partially blocks the view, which was not a problem for us. Beautiful sunrises. You walk out your back door, go about 30-40 yards and you're on the beach. Beds were comfortable. We used the kitchen very little but it was adequately stocked for our needs. Would definitely stay again.

We had extra rooms and a lot of places to set so we definitely will try to rent it again on our next visit to Tybee

Beach Melody

We stayed at Beach Melody on Tybee Island, GA the condo is perfect for a family less than 100 steps from the beach. Its maintained well and very clean great for families wanting to stay at the beach. All the necessities are furnished for the kitchen and also has a washer and dryer. I can’t say enough good things about this place

Poor

We get there to our property, walk in to a huge dead roach! Then pet stains all over the carpet, a huge scratch down the spare bedroom wall, the electric outlet doesnt work in the master bedroom. Furniture is very worn and outdated. The photos should also say you cant actually see the beach as the dunes block you. I wont stay with this company again!

Property was not clean. Bedroom carpet was appealing did not even want to walk on it Dead rat outside desk Condition of condo not great. Needs painting, new caroet and better cleaning job Very disappointed.

Thank you for your review. Upon staying with us, you were aware of the condition of the condo. The pictures on both our company website and VRBO is current. I understand there is the typical "foot traffic" markings on the bedroom carpet. We have addressed this with the owner. Keep in mind we do not own the homes we are simply the rental company. Unfortunately, when you stay at the beach (in a oceanfront home) there is always a chance of wildlife, such as marsh rats. I am sorry that you had to encounter that during your stay. We made maintenance aware of that issue and they did address it immediately. We do appreciate all of your feedback. Staff at Oceanfront Cottage Rentals

Quiet end

Nice location away from hotels and busy end. Easy access to the beach. Appliances need some updating and beds not too comfy but very clean and well maintained. Screen door needs some attention. Thanks!
