Dan was great to work with. He was quick to respond to questions prior to our arrival, came to meet us the day after we got there and confirmed that everything was as it should be. The location was perfect. Well others were paying four dollars an hour to park, we walked straight out to the beach. We hope to return!

Property location was great! Short walk over the beach access walkway, beautiful beaches. Owner was great to work with and responded to all questions quickly. Townhouse is older and a little dated but the host has done a great job keeping it up and providing everything ones needs to fully enjoy the property and the beach. The best part of the rental is the price and the location. Lots of places to eat close by and many other things to see and do like the lighthouse and fort. I would recommend a golf cart if staying for a extended time. Tybee Beach is a great place to have a family vacation. We will be back!

This was our family's 2nd stay at this property and it didn't disappoint . Location is great, the house is clean and steps from the beach. Great for families!!

Beautiful place

We had such a great time at our townhouse! It is in a fantastic location, and really is just steps from the beach. Our family of six had a great time and there was plenty of room for all of us.The property was very clean, owner was super helpful. We highly, highly recommend this place!

Love the location

I enjoyed staying on North beach because of the location and also wanted to be next to the beach which isn’t easy to find. Easy walk to the beach and easy walk to bar and grill.

Excellent location for a trip to the beach

Our family of 6 really enjoyed staying at this townhouse, just a few minutes walk from the beach. Other than needing some updating inside, the house was perfect. Dan, the owner was so helpful and friendly. He helped us find out very quickly and easily where to bring the kids and where to get the best local food.

Great Location

Great place to stay. It was very clean and plenty of room for the six of us. Parking is tight under the house. Just a short walk to the beach and restaurant and bar. I highly recommend this place.

Great Trip

This property was the perfect place for our trip. There were three couples and the bedrooms/bathrooms were perfect for us. The location was great also. Easy to get to everywhere we needed to go. It was a great trip!

Great Time for All!

Check-in was super easy and quick. Communications with the owner was quick and he was super nice. The property is the perfect beach getaway for a small group. The bedrooms were well-decorated, and the beds were very comfortable. Kitchen is a good size with everything you might need.

Beach trip

The property was easy to find and the location was perfect. The beach house was well stocked with everything we needed and very comfortable. We will most likely book again for our next trip to Tybee. We enjoyed the stay.
