everything inside was good. outside was overgrown needs some pruning and pressure washing. appreciated fenced in area for pup. convenience to downtown was perfect. one huge roach. i think we'll stay in a more mountain area place next time. so for the price we'd give it a 10.

Great location, easy walk to the downtown square. Mr. P's next door was really handy for a good hearty breakfast. It was remarkably quiet considering it was right on the road and right beside the Mr. P's drive thru. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen, bathrooms and laundry were well supplied with a starter amount of consumable products. For the week for just 2 of us we didn't need to purchase any more. We will definitely stay here again.
