A very “Colorado stay” with backyard privacy, nice views, peaceful, good access to walking & bike trails & the ski basin activities. The hot tub was a daily delight. We took the shuttle to the rodeo one evening and then again to the Old Town Hot Springs pool complex.Steamboat Lodging Company staff was available & helpful when we had questions. Overall, it was a great long weekend family gathering.

Comfortable stay, great customer service. Some improvements possible

We loved staying at our condo. The amenities and furniture were great. Also, Steamboat Lodging Company cared about our experience and delivered on everything we needed from them. However, the things we needed from them were fixing faulty appliances, specifically the fire alarm that went off for no reason, the AC unit out of which dropped water, and an ice maker that made and annoying sound when we weren't even using it.

Outstanding place

Beautiful, spacious house. Excellent outdoor areas. Service was also excellent. Note, there are a fair amount of stairs, but that didn’t bother us. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent Stay

Excellent location and overall experience. The property management company was top notch and very helpful and responsive. The private shuttle came in clutch many times. Highly recommend!

Great Week at Steamboat Music Fest

Our stay was awesome! House accommodated myself and coworkers with plenty of space. The free shuttle during ski season came in clutch for transporting everyone around through the musical festival.

Great stay!

This house was great! Plenty of room for all of us, fantastic views, wonderful hot tub, and the free shuttle was without compare! It was quick and easy and saved us so much time and money. The kitchen was a bit under equipped, but anything we called and needed they were very responsive! We would stay here again!

Incredible ski vacation!

This was an incredible property and overall experience! Everyone we interacted with was so kind and willing to help. A hidden surprise was the complimentary shuttle service to and from the ski base! The property itself was beautiful and perfect for a group stay. Thank you so much for making our stay so special. I will definitely be back again!

Family ski trip

Ski trip with 8 adults, 2-4y/o, 1-1y/o. Plenty of room for everyone to gather, and space to get away from each other. Shuttle was super convenient, drivers were awesome! Location was convenient for everything; gondola transit area, grocery, restaurants, and downtown Main Street. Property is well maintained.

Steamboat lodging

Property was great. You can walk to the village in about 12 minutes. However, you don’t have to. They have an incredible free shuttle service that will be there in 5 minutes and will take you almost anywhere. Great recommendation sheet for activities with discounts

Excellent ski rental

This was a great ski rental for our group. The welcome pack of treats was appreciated. The house was clean, nice linens. Hot tub was very clean, hot tub towels were small & worn so you might want to bring a robe. The shuttle service was A+. So easy to get around with the app that works just like Uber. We never waited longer than 10 minutes for it. Thank you Steamboat Lodging for a great vacation!

Home Away From Home

This was the perfect home for our November vacation. We booked it last minute when we wanted to get up to the mountains and out of the city and are really glad we did. Steamboat Lodging Company make sure we were taken care of from start to finish and even brought extra towels over when we needed them. We had plenty of room to spread out in the four bedrooms and the open living room & kitchen was perfect for family dinners. The showcase piece of this home is the back deck that has a private hot tub with a pergola covering and a large outdoor table. It was relatively warm while we were in Steamboat, so we spent a ton of time out here. You can even see the Resort from the deck, although it was closed during our visit. We walked a bunch, down to the little grocery store for coffee (Wild Plum) and to a great burger place for dinner (Apres Burger). For a quick vacation, this was just what we needed to escape!

Steamboat

The house is spacious, nicely decorated, well equipped. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The only issue I had with the home is that I asked for air-conditioning. Only 2 rooms, the master and the kitchen/den have air-conditioning. 3 of the bedrooms do not. This detail was omitted from the description of the property. During our stay in August morning and evenings were comfortable while midday was quite warm even with windows open and fans. Other than that we enjoyed our stay in Steamboat.

Spring Skiing at the "Boat"

Perfect location! Great accommodations = tons of room, private hot tub, amenities, etc. Our family had a great time and the property manager is top notch! Highly recommended.
