Simple elegance that will call you back to one of the most wonderful areas in the South. Our condo boasts clutter free decor with high quality furnishings and linens.

Every personality and age group in your party will find their fun! Golfers, tennis players, bikers, runners, walkers, shoppers, beach lovers, explorers, foodies....there is something for everyone!

Pawleys Island is BEAUTIFUL. Litchfield Beach has miles and miles of walking. The Low Country offers food for the eyes, heart and soul. It is a FEAST ...you will LOVE Pelican Nichee' as your home away from home.

Enjoy fun filled days on the beach building sand castles, surfing the waves, playing beach games, reading, walking or bicycling. Treat your taste buds with the delicious food at many of the wonderful restaurants in the area. Golf in the area is fantastic as well!

This condo was absolutely amazing! Super clean throughout: bathroom, kitchen, bedrooms – spotless. The views were outstanding, beautiful view of the ocean and beach from every window. The owners were lovely to work with, very responsive, & offered suggestions for local destinations!!

We had a great anniversary-birthday celebration in this beautiful condo. The views from the wraparound balcony were spectacular. To say this was a 2-bedroom condo doesn't do it justice. It was very spacious, well-supplied and comfortable. Very convenient to everything Pawleys Island ... our favorite restaurants and shopping.

Staying at Marci and Melinda’s condo was a great experience. They were accommodating leading up to the stay as well as during the stay, very responsive, and have a wonderfully located, well maintained, and cozy beach condo in Litchfield By The Sea with all the amenities you would need! I would highly recommend and I look forward to staying here again in the future!

Excellent overall stay. Communication with Marci was super easy and the place was stocked very well. The location is absolutely perfect with a huge balcony with a beautiful view. Will definitely plan on staying again and would highly recommend!
