The location is very good. Easy access to beach and pool. The condo itself in Captains Quarters needs updating, and a better job of cleaning especially in the main bedroom bath. The 2nd condo we rented in Shipyard A was very nice. Good updates, clean, very well maintained.Parking for both is good with an inside assigned spot and open parking outdoors.
