Stay at Pagosa Springs

Have stayed at many places in Pagosa Springs but this stay was by far the Best! House was great and the attention to detail by the representative Natalee was FANTASTIC!! Would stay here again and again and again!!!

Excellent Stay!

Great spot for kids and dogs with the big yard and hot tub. Easy check in and out. Property manager was available for questions and very accommodating. would highly recommend.

Great stay in Pagosa!

Loved the secluded property. Lots of privacy. Enjoyed sitting on the large porch and watching all the deer and once even saw a fox. The hot tub was great! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful cabin in the woods near Lake Pagosa!

We really enjoyed our stay here, loved the privacy and acreage in the woods to hike around. Very quiet and relaxing. Hot tub was great! Will stay here again. Hosts were great to work with and they made the process very easy to add an additional night. Thank you!

Nice little hide away!

We really enjoyed our time with our two labs walking through the private trails on the property. Saw deer every day, along with other beautiful wildlife. We enjoyed building a fire in the evening while watching the sunset at night.

Memories were made

The property was perfect for our family get away. The kids had an amazing time exploring the property and all it has to offer . The hot tub was perfect each night after a long day hiking and fishing. Natalee was super helpful with all our questions and even helped us find a lake to fish in. We will definitely be coming back

Great getaway

Wanted to get out of the city for a few days and this more than met our needs! The property was absolutely beautiful; it felt like we had a mountain to ourselves. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. And the abundant wildlife watching was a welcome addition to our stay.

Liked the place and the communication before/after. Hard to find off the road- needs to be spelled out. Multiple light bulbs also not replaced. Also I believe the master bathroom was off-limits to outside use, which is off-putting.

Great setting and not far from town

The photos were accurate for both setting and property condition. We really enjoyed the location, the front porch, and the wildlife. The house itself is a bit tired but the pics are accurate and things were clean. Kitchen was well-equipped. Nice hot tub. Very private. Would return.

Pagosa Springs cabin

We enjoyed the cabin and especially the land surrounding it. Our only complaint would be the master bed; it slopes inward, and was difficult to sleep in. That might be the one thing needed before we revisit. Otherwise, it was awesome and our kids loved it.

Host was responsive and welcoming. Amenities were all in excellent condition, except for the DVD player which wasn't working properly, but luckily we brought our own just in case. Cabin is basically in the perfect location, as it provides the feeling of being remote while on the property, yet it's a short drive to in-town restaurants and stores, including a Walmart. Highly recommend Rosie's Pizzeria for both normal crust pizza and their gluten free crust option. Check out Black Bart's Brunch for breakfast, including the gluten free option for their waffles. The hot tub was clean and in good working order. The mattress in the master "Bear" room is definitely on the very firm side, as an FYI.

Beautiful location

The location was wonderful. Our concierge Natalee was very helpful and quick to respond. The house wasn't cleaned well. The king bed had dog hair left in the sheets. The queen had mouse droppings in the sheets and under the pillow. The hot tub worked but was definitely not new.

Private Getaway in the Mountains

Great property for more then people! Home has 3 full baths and a wonderful kitchen and dining area for meal preparation! All the bedrooms are upstairs which was great for us as you can watch TV downstairs and not disturb any of your sleeping guests! Beautiful trees surround the property anf good for walks. We had over a foot of snow during our stay so the kids were able to sled down the hills. What we loved rhe most was we were secluded yet close to Pagosa Springs, Wolf Creek for skiing and an hour from Durango. We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect family get away with fur babies

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently stayed at this property and we absolutely loved it. We were able to have our whole family there as well as our fur babies. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the furniture is perfect for a home away from home. We plan on renting this cabin over and over and over again! I can’t say enough good things about it our dogs loved it and our family did too we made some incredible memories. It is super close to town but also very secluded and private feeling.

Good cabin

It was a good cabin on a beautiful and large area of land. Overall it was pretty clean but there were dead flies everywhere. In the kids bedroom with the bunk beds the windowsill had about 75-100 dead flies which grossed them out. Also, we specifically booked the cabin because it was close to a lake. VRBO website made it seem like the house was on a lake since we filtered it to be lakeside. We did not have access to the lake because it was private. That but of info would have been nice to know upfront.

Hi Danielle, I'm very sorry you encountered flies in the bunk room upstairs. We would have been happy to come and remove and clean that area had you let us know. We have had big issues with flies recently so again I do apologize. In our description of this home(for futures guests) it clearly states in the description that this home is not part of PLPOA district and states that it can't be used for fishing or swimming. Also, in the pictures from the aerial shot it is clear it isn't a lakefront property. There is no place where it says it is "on the lake". Sorry for the confusion though. Your VIP Team
