Our 3800 sq ft modern farmhouse barn offers two queen size comfortable sofa beds, two beautifully decorated seating areas, big farm tables, sweetheart table, two 6 ft catering tables, four chafing pans and 60 chairs. Our accommodations also include two oversized bathrooms both with showers. The kitchenette includes a small refrigerator, coffee maker & coffee bar, NO FULL SIZE KITCHEN.
Our 1000 sq ft fully covered outside porch has 2 bbq’s, 2 fire pits and 16 outside seating chairs and benches to relax, eat, drink , play games, listen to music and have fun.

We are taking extra precaution to keep our guest safe with Covid-19. We are only allowing two groups weekly to rent our gambrel barn to try and ensure everyone stays safe. As a bonus your check in and check out will be flexible and extended. Check in can be as early at 12pm noon and check out 12pm noon.
BARN RULES:

2) Before final booking owners require a copy of government ID, drivers license or passport.
3) Ask us about our preferred vendor list. All outside vendors must be approved by owners. Provide list of all vendor name & contact information for approval.
4) No hanging decorations on walls or doors.
5) No underage drinking.
6) no smoking on premises
7) Children must be attended by a parent or an adult at all times.
8) Don’t allow your children to play with barn doors or any doors.
9) No loud music outside on porch. Loud music can be played inside only.
10) Do not move or remove any furniture. If approved, owners will move or remove furniture not guest.
11) Please be respectful of barn and our property.
12) You will be asked to leave if any of these rules are not followed.
