A-frame with spectacular views of the Ten Mile Range
Welcome to BareNecessitiesBreck! This cozy A-frame, perched on a hillside just outside of Breckenridge, offers breathtaking views of the Ten Mile Range and Breckenridge Ski Resort. This unique mountain home has two separate living areas and an outdoor deck providing ample space to share with your family and friends. Relax in the hot tub and soak up the views! You'll have easy access to five of Colorado's iconic ski areas - Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mt, A Basin, and Loveland. In the summer, you can enjoy mountain biking trails, hiking, fishing, and boating at nearby Dillon Reservoir. Downtown Breckenridge is a quick three mile bike or drive, where you can enjoy excellent restaurants and shopping. There are a couple of video security cameras located in the front and rear of the home. Our guests are welcome to unplug these, we do ask that they reconnect them when they checkout. Please come and enjoy all that Summit County has to offer!

questa casa vacanze vanta una posizione strategica a Breckenridge, in Northside Breck, un'area in montagna e in riva al fiume. Breckenridge (stazione sciistica) e Keystone Resort (stazione sciistica) sono due tappe fondamentali per gli amanti delle attività. Per un po' di sano shopping, invece, il non plus ultra è Main Street. Anche Stephen C. West Ice Arena e The Colorado Angler meritano una visita. Qui c'è tutto per divertirsi sulla neve, ad esempio lo sci di fondo e lo snowboard, oppure prova le altre attività all'aperto come il pattinaggio su ghiaccio e lo slittino.

Our family have lived in Colorado since the early 80's and just love it here. Our kids have grown up but still live close by and like to ski and hike and do all the things that the Colorado mountains have to offer.
