Enjoy luxury at this Orange Beach, Alabama condo rental when you stay at Cotton Bayou 4G. This newly renovated condo is full of coastal elegance from top to bottom. Sleeping 10 guests in total, with three bedrooms, a loft bonus room and two bathrooms, this condo is a beach lover’s paradise!

Upon entering Cotton Bayou 4G, you are greeted by cheerful shiplap and beachy elements that will make you feel right at home in Orange Beach. In the center of the condo is a plush living room with a Smart TV and access to a private balcony. The balcony makes for a great place to wake up with a cup of coffee in the morning and enjoy a view of the community. Plus, the addition of a fully equipped kitchen on vacation means that you can prepare any kind of treat at the drop of a hat. Then, gather around the dining table to enjoy mealtime together. In addition, a spiral staircase in the living room takes you up to a second story where you’ll find a loft area. The loft area serves as a kids’ nook, with a bunk bed and a cozy place to hang out.

Relaxing amenities are exactly what you need on vacation, and Cotton Bayou in Orange Beach does not disappoint! A community pool with a covered pavilion, tennis courts, and barbecue grills are all available for your use. A small pavilion overlooks the docks and Cotton Bayou. Boat slips are also available on a first come first serve basis, for our guests who like to travel with their boat on vacation. Note: Boat must be registered with the Complex Manager before arrival. You’ll be impressed when you set out on some of the Gulf’s best waters!

Not to mention, there are also lots of fun things to do on vacation in Orange Beach , whether you are looking for adventure or leisure. The Wharf is a fun family-friendly destination, with movie theaters, laser tag, shopping, and local restaurants. OWA boasts an amusement park and a wonderful indoor/outdoor water park, plus shopping and dining. Try out a thrilling beach activity like parasailing or just rent beach gear to lounge around!

Deep Sea fishing trip

Was a good place for the family to stay for the weekend while we went deep sea fishing. The kids enjoyed the pool, but beach access wasn’t the easiest. You have to cross the busy road and walk through a specific condo, or park at the cotton bayou beach access…it’s not bad if you are able but it’s at least a 2-3 block walk to the beach. Otherwise a decent place.

Dirty, cleaning service had done the bare minimum !

We found snot rubbed on the walls, dust everywhere , the cleaning service needs to learn to clean or be replaced! The beach access is down the road! The attic has an open wall and we couldn’t be use the attic for the kids under 7 . Desperately needs an elevator! The condo itself was in a good central location for shopping in Foley and in Pensacola .

Spring Break

Easy check in/check out, well stocked with kitchen supplies, clean and quiet. It a short walk (about .25 miles) to closest beach access.

Good location

Near about anywhere you need to be. The only issue we had was the dryer wouldn’t dry our clothes. Pool was very nice to have a break from the hustle and bustle of the ocean but still get out to enjoy the sun and weather. We were with another family so had a total of 9 people and it was just enough space for us.

Would stay here again

This property is close to everything. Lots of places to eat and shop. Plenty of room for 9 (that was the size of our group). It is across the street from the ocean, and the street is very busy. You can walk up to the crosswalk (about .25 mile) to public beach access or drive (pay to park). If you have very small children, I would highly recommend you drive. We did both depending on weather and heat. The property is furnished nicely, it was clean and very close to the pool. We would definitely stay here again.

Be careful

The property appeared great at first sight. We seen several roaches while staying here. There was construction everywhere and the overall condition of the condo was subpar for the price. The appliances are outdated, the condo association is littered with construction debris and tools, not a very kid friendly environment. It was overall a fair place to stay but I will never stay there again for that price.

Nice comfortably furnished condo. Few issues that need addressed.

Was nicely furnished. Cleanliness was above average except for the bathtub didn’t seem cleaned at all. Could be the fact that it wouldn’t drain and it was leaking into downstairs condo and their temporary fix only worked a couple days. Then we couldn’t use it. That wasn’t right without some kind of refund too many people using master shower. The description stated only .25 miles, short walk to beach. Although this is true they neglect to tell you their are no sidewalks and only bike lanes to walk beside the main four lane busy road. Not conducive to walk with small children. Thus be prepared to drive to beach access and pay to park each day.

Cotton Bayou

We enjoyed our time at Cotton Bayou. It was conveniently located to all around. We had a boat and used the marina. It was everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The condo had all the amenities we needed. The large deck was great to hang out in at night.

Disappointed

The lack of cleanliness was apparent when we walked in and started unloading. Cockroach bait stations are the first thing that you see. Apparently there was scheduled construction that we were not aware of or communicated with about. And because of the construction we were without water for about 12+ hours. Let me express having 9 people not being able to flush is horrendously awful. The bunk beds have screws coming out of them and we're not safe to use. My husband had to fix the shower door for it to work properly. The staircase has black electrical tape wrapped around the railing as the paint is chipping off. Filthy bathrooms, master bath had mold in it. All closets had de-humidifier bags that were completely full. The beds were very uncomfortable. Overall this was the worst accommodations we have ever had. It is not worth the price. I do not recommend for other guests.

Great getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. Such a cute place! We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach. The only issues we had were a missing remote in one of the bedrooms and only one parking pass. These did not hinder our stay. Would definitely book again!

Towels and more towels.

Loved everything. One problem was the dryer didn’t work and had to go to laundromat. Dryer wouldn’t dry anything. Would take all day to dry. Very inconvenient. I want to spend time at the beach not doing laundry.

Much needed getaway!

Everyone enjoyed the opportunity to experience the beach. With the children able to have their space and fun activities we were excited. Next time will be sure to ask for a space closer downstairs, luggage and food was a big hassle; but overall we were thrilled!
