Spaziosa unità di 3 camere da letto / 2 bagni in complesso a bassa densità si trova nel cuore del Golfo offre Gulf & Little Lagoon Views !! L'ampio balcone, con posti a sedere, è accessibile dal soggiorno e dalla camera da letto principale.

The Living Room offre un divano letto, 2 comode sedie laterali e un televisore a schermo piatto. Adiacente al soggiorno è la cucina e sala da pranzo. La cucina è fornita con tutto il necessario per un pasto cucinato a casa, o uno spuntino sulla strada per la spiaggia. La zona pranzo ha un tavolo con 6 posti a sedere e posti a sedere adiacenti con quattro sgabelli al bar ..

We absolutely loved our time in gulf shores at this beautiful condo. It was walking distance to the beach public access. The small store next door has amazing coffee! We have told everyone that is thinking about coming to gulf shores to stay here!!!!!!

As for the complimentary start-up of supplies we provide, that information is spelled out clearly in the arrival information provided to each guest. We provide a complimentary start-up of items including 1 roll of tissue per bathroom, a trash bag for each receptacle, as well as a roll of paper towels for the kitchen. Once those items are used, it is up to each guest to replenish what they need for the duration of their stay. We would've happily had housekeeping address any issues you had upon arrival had we been made aware of them during your stay. We hope you at least enjoyed the gorgeous coastal breezes, the gorgeous views of Little Lagoon, and the easy walk to the public beach access. Thank you again for the review. Spinnaker Pointe was nice. We enjoyed our stay. But, it's time to replace the mattress in the master bedroom. It wasn't comfortable and noisy. Overall, we love Gulf Shores. We visit every June for our family vacation. Everyone enjoyed the pool.

The host responded quickly when I needed him. The check in and arrival instructions were sent a little over a week before check in. The only problem we had was the let out bed in the living room mattress cover was nasty. I texted the hostess to let him know and I took the mattress cover off and washed it and he brought over clean sheets the next morning for it because there weren’t any sheets to go on it. The closest door in the master room was off track and maintenance came right over the next morning to fix it, which wasn’t a problem, but I didn’t want them to think we had torn it up.

My stay was excellent. The location was right across the street from the beach and steps away from the pool. Service was exceptional. It there was an issue it was resolved immediately. The only downside was that you are only provided one roll of toilet paper and one roll paper towels. There are onsite grills and we even received a beach essentials credit. Amazing place… We will definitely book again.

Family vacation

This is our third time staying at this location. They are always clean and this is the first year we had any maintenance issues. Which they resolved immediately. It’s walking distance to the gift shops and the hangout so no need to pay for parking. Nice view of the lagoon off the balcony.

Gulf of America weekend getaway

The place was a great stay. Condo was clean and came with all the necessities needed! The King bedroom mattress is very loud and I would wake up our baby getting in and out of the bed all night and the beach access is public beach access. It is a good little walk to get to the boardwalk out to the beach especially if you have a 2 month old and a lot of things to carry. The closest paid parking is very small and fills up quickly.

Great for our family

We were walking distance to all of the local things we wanted to do! We were a quick walk away from the beach. The pool is viewable from the deck and you can see the water from both spots! The house was clean, ready for us, and was easy to get in and out of when we needed to come and go. If you have kids, I would bring scooters for the walk to things!

This is a very nice place to stay. Very comfortable !! Close to everything! Easy access. Nice pool. Communication was top notch. Thank you very much for making our stay Awesome!!! We had a great family vacation stay! Highly recommend!!!

Good Location, needs detail cleaning

Good location near the beach and main attractions. Kids loved the pool and adults enjoyed the outdoor balcony. Couple things about the condo the floors and kitchen counter tops were dirty upon arrival. Overall it was a good first stay with using VRBO.
