Effective January 13th, 2026, through February 10th, 2026, Papakea Resort will undertake an extensive plumbing project. Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, unless authorized for weekend work. Contractors may be present on the property to commence preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM. Non-working holidays are already included in the schedule. To minimize disruption, any excessively loud work will not commence before 10:00 AM. Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.

Located at Papakea Resort, unit K305 is on the third floor featuring stunning ocean views, a split AC system, a luxurious master bathroom and beautifully remodeled and modern kitchen! This two bedroom, two bathroom condo comfortably sleeps 4 guests.

Walk in and experience Maui luxury at it's finest! With a private lanai, you'll be able to enjoy incredible views and even spot some whales breaching during the winter months. Inside, you'll stay cool with a split AC system located in the main living area. With its superior location within the resort, you'll enjoy the views but not the afternoon heat!

The main living area is the perfect spot to relax after a day in the sun. Don't feel like eating out? Stay in and enjoy cooking a meal or two in the gourmet kitchen that is fully stocked for your convenience. Fully remodeled kitchen and bathrooms feature custom cabinetry, spectacular Lumerian granite countertops and modern finishes to provide all the comforts of home. There is also a washer and dryer in the condo for your use.

In the master bedroom, you'll find a comfortable Queen size bed with a luxurious ensuite master bathroom featuring a walk in shower with stone and tile work. High end finishes include beautiful Lumerian granite countertops.

The second bedroom includes a Queen size bed and it's own ensuite bathroom which includes a walk-in shower and exquisite finishes. Hawaiian inspired furnishings, finishes and decor will put you at ease as you enjoy this luxurious condo.

Papakea Resort offers lush tropical landscaping, koi ponds, two salt water pools, spas, shuffleboard, putting greens, tennis and pickleball courts and much more! It is located just North of the famous Ka'aanapli Beach. Just walking distance from the resort are many shops, restaurants and a grocery store. It is a quick drive to Whalers Village many of Maui's top beaches.

**PLEASE NOTE that Papakea Resort requires a $25/day facility fee. The fee includes a parking permit, Wi-Fi throughout the resort, cable and local calls during your stay, yoga, water aerobics and other classes, complimentary use of tennis racquets, putting, and pickleball equipment. Additional vehicles are $5 a day. This is collected by the Front Desk upon arrival. **

This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays. Our on-island team provides: Dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, in addition to a complimentary starter set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap. We also provide beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler for your stay. Complimentary concierge service is available to all My Perfect Stays guests.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
