Papakea K404 - Attico con splendida vista sull'oceano!

Benvenuti nella nostra casa al Papakea Resort, un resort sull'oceano di 13 acri con una vera sensazione di aloha. Il complesso è composto da due serie di edifici bassi, ognuno con la propria area piscina sull'oceano, tra cui un centro benessere, una cabina coperta e più barbecue a gas. Il resort dispone anche di due grandi green, due campi da shuffleboard, tre campi da tennis illuminati e una serie di bellissimi stagni koi.

Per quelli di voi che non riescono a lasciare il lavoro, Papakea offre accesso wireless a Internet in tutto il resort. Quando sei pronto per rilassarti, i campi da golf di Kapalua e Kaanapali si trovano nelle vicinanze, e le grandi spiagge per lo snorkeling e il boogie boarding sono raggiungibili a piedi. Inoltre, Papakea ha il proprio Activity Desk, gestito da professionisti che possono aiutarti a pianificare tutte le fantastiche attività che ti aspettano sull'isola di Maui.

Il nostro condominio con vista sull'oceano all'ultimo piano è stato completamente ristrutturato e comprende armadi, piastrelle, vernici, moquette ed elettrodomestici di alta gamma. Dispone di 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni in 1200 piedi quadrati di spazio.

La zona giorno dispone di ampi posti a sedere, TV via cavo e lettore DVD. Il tavolo da pranzo può ospitare sei, con posti a sedere aggiuntivi sul lanai vista sull'oceano. La cucina gourmet è completamente attrezzata con stoviglie, utensili da cucina, lavastoviglie, microonde, tostapane e macchina per il caffè. L'unità ha anche una propria lavatrice e asciugatrice.

La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size pillow-top, un sacco di comò e armadio e una TV a schermo piatto. Ha una vista sull'oceano e un bagno privato. Il bagno è dotato di cabina doccia, zona trucco separata e asciugacapelli. La seconda camera da letto al piano principale ha una regina e un letto singolo, un'altra TV e un bagno adiacente. Il soppalco con vista sulla zona giorno ha un letto matrimoniale e una zona salotto con TV e lettore DVD. Ottimo per i bambini! Tutte le camere godono di aria condizionata per quei rari giorni in cui le brezze tropicali non sono sufficienti.

Sorseggia una mai-tai sul tuo lanai privato e goditi le splendide viste sull'oceano, sulla piscina e sull'isola di Molokai. Non è ora che ti diverti un po 'in paradiso? 🌺

What a wonderful vacation! We got started a day late due to Tropical Storm Lala and our flight cancellation, but once we got there it was amazing!We would highly recommend this Vrbo. Everything you could need was in the kitchen. The washer/dryer is a game changer. Quick response from host Carol. Comfy beds, great showers, pics exactly as shown. The view and location is excellent!Book your vacation today!!!

Our overall stay was wonderful. The entire property is immaculate. From the beautiful landscaping to the maintenance of the pool areas. The only minor problem we had was with the air conditioning, but the unit manager handled it perfectly and got temporary air conditioners installed and working. We hope to be back in a couple of years as this was the absolute best location. Near many restaurants, grocery stores food trucks. You really wouldn’t even need to rent a car. Thank you for sharing your home with us..

The view from the condo balcony is a 10 out of 10. Absolutely stunning views of the ocean and you can see the pool down below. It’s a great location because you can walk along the coast for quite a few miles and snorkel off the beach. We saw the famous monk seals one of the days on the beach right outside the building. I was able to walk next-door to get a piña colada and enjoy the view of the ocean. The condo slept six of us comfortably. We made some wonderful memories here! We walked to the famous badass coffee place. It’s only about a 10 minute walk. You can also walk to the Maui, fresh fish market, seems like a popular place. The food was great. There is so much to do in this area we had a hard time prioritizing what to do. This is an unforgettable vacation.We already talked about returning again soon.

We loved our stay! Carol thought of everything, and was super responsive on any questions that we had. The condo was the cleanest we’ve ever been in, ahas comfortable beds, annd very well stocked kitchen. And the view is gorgeous! We had one ceiling fan that wasn’t working, and someone was sent out immediately to fix it, even though we didn’t ask for that. Wonderful stay, and we will be back!

This condo is amazing- book this immediately!!! Plenty of sleeping space, beautiful views, equipped with beach chairs, cooler, grill equipment, full kitchen to cook anything, upgraded bathrooms, very comfortable beds. Very central location which is perfect for exploring the island. We loved the 9 nights we spent in Papakea K404!

Our family had such a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was, it really made it easy to relax and feel at home right away.The location couldn’t have been better. Being right on the beach was an absolute dream. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and being just steps away from the sand. It made spontaneous beach time, sunset walks, and morning coffee with an ocean view part of our daily routine.The condo itself was thoughtfully equipped with plenty of amenities that made our stay comfortable and convenient. Everything we needed was right there, which made traveling so much easier.Overall, this place exceeded our expectations. We made amazing memories here and would absolutely love to come back again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable Maui getaway!

Carol and Mike — and their beautiful home in Maui — were absolutely amazing! Carol was incredibly communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. The home was in an excellent location, in great condition, and fit our large family perfectly. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook any type of meal, and the view from the balcony was truly breathtaking. We had plenty of room and felt completely comfortable during our stay. We will definitely be back! Mahalo!!!

Everything was well maintained. A couple of issues were promptly attended to. Owner very responsive. View fantastic. BBQs also well maintained so we made good use of them. I would consider staying here again.

The place was clean and equipped with everything that we needed for our stay. Our host also left very helpful information regarding the places to eat , shop and sites to see. Very nice property. We were admiring the attention to the details that the grounds crew would put in to the care of the grounds and the pool. Beautiful view of the sunset right out the back door. The beaches in the surrounding area were beautiful and great for snorkeling. Many Sea Turtles and different species of fish. I would definitely recommend this place and will come back again.

This condo had everything it promised! It was so clean and comfortable, we were so happy with everything! The view is unbeatable. Very short walk to the beach just off to the left with a big shady tree! There were beach chairs, umbrella and coolers to use as well. The resort is very lovely and well maintained. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the evenings. The owner was great with communication and she is very friendly. When we come back to Maui we hope this unit is available!

We really enjoyed our stay at Papakea. The condo was clean and in a great location. The grounds were immaculate. Beautiful property!!

We went to Maui on our honeymoon 30 years ago and have gone at least once a year every year since. We always dreamed of having our own home on the island and were lucky enough to find Papakea 20 years ago. Papakea is one of the few remaining resorts on Maui that still maintains the feel of old Hawaii. It's quiet, with beautiful landscaping, plenty of open areas and a magnificent ocean view. We have enjoyed many wonderful vacations here with friends and family over the years.
