Splendidi mobili da cucina bianchi, stampaggio a doppia corona attraverso, tutti i pavimenti in piastrelle ....... situati in EDIFICIO # 1 ALL'8 ° PIANO, e EDIFICIO # 2 AL 10 ° PIANO ... Cammina dritto fuori dall'edificio ... nel cortile .... su Sugar White Sand Beach ....... No Streets to Cross ....... siamo vicini quanto si può arrivare al Golfo .... Quando cammini nel nostro foyer ... vedi l'acqua .... Mentre prepari la cena puoi guardare le barche dalla nostra cucina .... Osserva il Golfo mentre sei sdraiato nel letto matrimoniale king-size .... O guarda i delfini e le barche dal soggiorno, sala da pranzo ... e balcone. I panorami sono MERAVIGLIOSI dal nostro condominio di Destin, in Florida, per favore guarda tutte le foto .... non rendono giustizia al condominio!

Il nostro condominio all'ottavo piano è molto grande con 1450 piedi quadrati. Letto king-size in camera matrimoniale con TV a schermo piatto / DVD .... Camera degli ospiti ha due letti matrimoniali con TV a schermo piatto / DVD ...... il nostro decimo piano ha 1525 piedi quadrati ..... letto king size in Master e la camera degli ospiti ....... 10 camere da letto al piano entrambi hanno vista sul golfo e TV a schermo piatto / DVD ...... La cucina è ben attrezzata con tutto ciò che hai a casa. Lavatrice / asciugatrice in condominio. Abbiamo una piscina olimpionica riscaldata con vasca, sala fitness, sauna nella nostra bella club house con vista sul lago. Due campi da tennis, Shuffle Board ..... 24 ore di sicurezza .....

Porta teli da mare, sedie e tutto il necessario per il tuo divertimento in spiaggia.

Cammina per i migliori ristoranti, negozi, parco acquatico. SHORELINE TOWERS si trova su Holiday Isle nel cuore di Destin, votata come una delle spiagge più belle del mondo. L'acqua è di un bel colore blu smeraldo / verde con sabbia bianca fine e zucchero.

This property is amazing! The views are awesome! What a sight to wake up to every morning! The condo was clean and ready for us when we got there! We had a full problems, Host was wonderful helping with things not working. I did not like how to get into the gate, one guy would say one thing, I would drive around, like I was told, then another one comes and gets on me. The next time we came in again, the guy that said I could not go around, had us go around.

Ideal beach location!! Literally right out the back door. There are some things in the unit that need updating (broken blinds and front door) but otherwise extremely comfortable! Host was VERY easy to work with and very communicative.

Spring Break 2024

We absolutely loved this condo! I grew up in Destin, graduated from Fort Walton Beach High School 1993. My family still lives in town. So I am very familiar with condos around town. This condo is very spacious with everything you need. Very clean and the views are gorgeous! It was perfect for us! I would highly recommend. And intend to stay again!

Warning - construction on property

The listing does not tell you there is a multi-year construction project going on for the towers. We were told after booking that construction was happening, but were also told it was on a different tower. There will be construction workers M-F outside of your windows. Also, the property has the hanging vertical blinds and some of them are missing so it's concerning that the workers can see in as they work. The windows are obscured by splatter from the construction and you cannot access balconies or open windows. The price is great for the location and being right on the beach, but be aware before booking that the construction does impact the stay and the listing does not disclose that.

Jennifer, I am so sorry if there was a misunderstanding, however I spoke with you on 3/1/22 about the construction and you said it would be fine. Then, because of the construction I had to ask you to move to our other condo. The blind slats were all still there, some just get turned. Actually there is no outside balcony in that unit. We did lower our price because of the construction. Had you rented from the rental company it would have been $1000 more. Again I apologize if I did not explain it well enough. Thanks Barbara

The host was super awesome and helpful. She informed us ahead of time that some issues were found with the unit prior to our arrival and that those issues were scheduled to be taken care of. We find a plumbing issue after arriving and the host sent a plumber to fix it right away. The unit was well stocked and super clean. We loved the ambiance and decor. The views of the beach were great. We love staying in this unit.

We drove 9 hours from Houston to Destin with our kids for a 4-night stay, but arrival was a nightmare. We arrived at 5:15 PM and were blocked at the gate because our names weren't in the system.From 5:20 PM until 7:00 PM, we were stranded. I called the host, Barbara, a million times on her cell and landline. It felt like she was avoiding me because it would ring and hang up. In total frustration, we tried calling from 5 different phone numbers. We honestly thought we had been scammed and were actively looking for another place to stay—we couldn't just drive 9 hours back with exhausted children.Finally, at 7:00 PM, she answered a call from my husband’s phone. Her explanation was that the property manager forgot to enter our info. Leaving paying guests stranded for nearly two hours after a long road trip is completely unacceptable.Once inside, the condo itself was very cozy, spacious, and had a beautiful view. However, the bed and sheets are way too old. The headboard is loose and makes a loud noise every single time you move.Other than the terrible check-in and the old bed, it turned out to be a good short vacation. If the host updates the bedding and fixes her communication, this would be a great rental. But due to the immense stress of being locked out, I can only give it 3 stars.

Marilyn, I am so sorry for the confusion, my phone has been acting up, sometimes I will get one ring and thats it. I just thought people were hanging up. My having guests checking in, I would never not answer my telephone when it rang. I looked and did not see that you had sent me a text, that would have helped. When I spoke with you and told you that maybe my assistant had forgot to fix the gate pass. I did not realize that you had not filled out our rental contract. When she receives the contract, she fixes the gate pass for the guest. That is her system. I completely understand your frustration, howerver it seems because of it being a last minute booking and you were given a discount for that. Maybe things just mistakenly did not get done. About the sheets, I will have to take that up with the cleaners, My storage closet has brand new sheets towels and bedspreads just in case they are needed. I apoligize for that also. It would have been nice if you had called me first, this will go aginst my record.

The condo was very nice clean and well equipped. The renovation going on made it not so nice. The balcony’s were not useable and the look was not pretty. But the owner was very nice and told me before we arrived. I would recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay. The location of this property was perfect for our stay. We had a few rainy days but were able to enjoy the beach from the condo and able to visit other places. The condo was well described and very clean.

The condo was clean. The check in process was easy. The owner communicated well and was easy to work with.Good location and view. I agree with other reviewer’s who stated that there was a lot of knickknacks sitting around if you have small children in your group. It’s not as updated as some of the other condos that we stayed at in Destin. The dryer does take a few cycles to dry it seems, even with small loads. You will have to use beach service as you can’t use your own chairs. Overall we will stay in the condo again because we spend most of our time outside on the beach and it was clean and she was easy to work with and the views were great which are the most important things to us.

We are retired from jobs, however we have a number of rental properties, so we know how to take care of our property. We work very hard making sure that our rental is as nice as our home. I love to shop and I am constantly changing and upgrading things in our condo.

We have 6 children and 9 grandchildren. We live in Smyrna Ga about 10 miles outside of Atlanta, Ga, so we are only about 5 hours from Destin.

We have beautiful condo's directly on the beach in Destin. We come down 3 or 4 times a year to make sure that everything is absolutely perfect for our guests.

We also have wonderful people that take care of our condos when we can not be there. They take care of every little thing that needs to be done.

We have a lot of repeat guests that come to our place every year and we are so pleased of the love and care that everyone takes care of our property.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

One trip to Destin and seeing the White Sand and Beautiful Clear Water, we knew this was our second home.
The minute we walked in the front door of our units at Shoreline Towers and saw the gorgeous Water Views we were sold.
You can see our two bedroom unit at vrbo #2159. We come down 3 or 4 times a year to make sure that everything is absolutely perfect for our guests.

We have people who take wonderful care of our condo when we cannot be there. They take care of every little thing that needs to be done.

We have a lot of repeat guests that come to our place every year and we are so pleased of the love and care that everyone takes care of our property.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

It’s Huge, 1450 sq ft see water from every room without standing up.
We really enjoy shopping and playing house at the condos, I can always think of a lot of reasons to shop and upgrade the condos.
We actually work the whole time we are there unless we have company. When we have vistors we take time to enjoy all the great things that Destin has to offer, the great Seafood
Restaurants, Shopping, Zoo, Naval Museum in Pensacola, Deep Sea Fishing, Snorkling at the Jetties, playing Tennis, Pickle Ball I could go on and on. There is so much to do in Destin.
