Il resort per famiglie ideale situato nel cuore di Destin. Fuga perfetta in famiglia !!

Pelican Beach Resort è di prima classe con i suoi servizi. La posizione è proprio di fronte al Big Kuhuna Water Park e vicino a molti ottimi ristoranti. Pelican Beach Resort dispone di 2 piscine riscaldate, una rigorosamente all'aperto (con cascata) e una piscina interna / esterna, una piscina per bambini, una sauna e una vasca idromassaggio.

C'è un ampio solarium, ottimo per abbronzarsi e socializzare, situato proprio accanto alla capanna tiki, adiacente alla piscina. Inoltre, vi è una palestra, sala giochi, noleggio ombrelloni e sedie, campo da tennis e da basket, sicurezza all'ingresso, parcheggio coperto e un negozio di specialità gastronomiche / ristorante / minimarket stagionale in loco.

Situato al 7 ° piano da cui si possono vedere le viste sull'oceano / sulla spiaggia dal soggiorno, dalla cucina, dalla sala da pranzo e dalla camera da letto principale, il nostro appartamento con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni è completamente attrezzato con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Questo condominio ha tutti i comfort di casa come TV a schermo piatto LCD, lettore DVD e docking station per iPod in ogni stanza. Questa è un'unità deluxe plus classificata a Pelican Beach, la valutazione più alta possibile.

Pavimenti in piastrelle nella zona giorno con pavimenti in legno Allure nelle camere da letto. La cucina presenta ripiani in granito con illuminazione a binario d'accento che ti consentono di creare il tuo stato d'animo. La cucina ha tutti gli utensili necessari per preparare un pasto gourmet o semplicemente uno spuntino. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king-size con il proprio bagno. La 2a camera da letto ha 2 letti singoli pillow-top con bagno completo. Ci sono due divani letto nella zona giorno. Il condominio è dotato di lavatrice e asciugatrice full size, perfetto per quei soggiorni prolungati a Destin. L'arredamento esterno del balcone comprende un divano in vimini con cuscini, due sedie abbinate e un tavolino da caffè.

Il condominio è un'unità angolare all'estremità orientale dell'edificio, offrendo ai nostri ospiti il meglio dei panorami ... la sabbia scintillante e le vaste acque verde-blu della Costa Smeralda. Organizza la tua giornata in paradiso sorseggiando il caffè del mattino sul balcone privato che si affaccia sull'alba mentre luccica sull'acqua cristallina.

Molti dei ristoranti nelle vicinanze sono punti di riferimento a Destin. Silver Sands, un grande centro commerciale outlet si trova a sette miglia a est. Il nuovissimo centro commerciale all'aperto Destin Commons si trova all'angolo tra Mid Bay Bridge e Hwy 98. Ha un enorme complesso cinematografico, Hard Rock Cafe, Bass Pro Fishing shop, Johnnie Rockets e tutti i negozi del centro commerciale che hai imparato a conoscere e ad amare in uno splendido scenario all'aperto. Fort Walton Beach ha un nuovo molo da cui pescare è meraviglioso. La pesca d'altura è in cima alla strada! Destin era una città di pescatori prima di qualsiasi altra cosa, quindi puoi tornare a casa con un bel trucco !!

Amazing

Second time staying at Pelican. We love how it has so many convenient things. The cafe and tiki bar have so many things to choose from so you don’t have to leave as much. I loved how updated and cute this condo was after staying in one last year that wasn’t as nice.

Outstanding location and accommodations!!!

The condo was well appointed and faced southeast allowing for sunrise views with afternoon shade. The property sits directly in the beach providing for easy access, and had great amenities. The on site cafe was convenient for quick and tasty breakfast, lunch and snacks.

Very nice condo. Great location. Beach is amazing and pools are fantastic. The Cafe has really good food and the Tiki bar is awesome. Highly recommend!!!!!

Overall,I truly enjoyed our stay. Lets start with the negatives; The elevators had minds of their own and were slow moving and the doors tried to eat you if you didn’t move fast enough between people getting off and people getting on. I didn’t appreciate that to sit in the beach and see the ocean you had to rent a ridiculously over priced chair. If you brought your own chair you had to sit behind all the rental chairs. For the positives; the pools were always clean, the people were very nice and no guests got out of hand. It was close walking distance to places around with things to do. The sand was soft and the water was very clear.I would book again next time we travel to Destin.

This place was great! The balcony was amazing! Plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 teenagers. The condo is exactly like the pictures.

Perfect family stay

This was such a great space for a young family to spend the holidays. It's right on the beach, has ideal views of the ocean from the balcony, and the amenities give you plenty of options, even if the weather changes. Inside was very clean and had a great layout. Thank you again

Great Central location in Destin

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Pelican Beach resort in Destin. The condo was clean and inviting with bright sunshine until noon every day. Central location made it any easy walk to shopping and restaurants. The facility was partially closed during our stay in Feb. with the gym and tiki hut closed and the cafe opened for 3 days/week.

Amazing Property

This condo was wonderful. It is very nicely furnished, well stocked and comfortable. Owner's are extremely friendly and helpful. I had to message them about one small issue and they responded immediately and got it taken care of. I highly recommend this condo for your Destin vacation.

Amazing Beach Views

This condo is cute, clean, and comfy! Although the weather was cooler than we expected, we enjoyed laying on the couches and looking over the ocean every day. When we did venture to beach, it was a quick elevator ride and a very short walk.

Perfect Getaway

The whole condo is so pretty. They did an excellent job making it feel clean, modern, and cozy. The view from the patio was perfect for playing Uno each evening and getting up to drink coffee in the morning. Beds were comfy, and the TV was great for hanging out after we ate dinner. The staff were all super nice, smooth check in. We reserved chairs on the beach while we were there, and servers from the Tiki bar brought your beverages. Even on row three, the view was great. Overall it was a great time, and we will probably book again next summer!

Modern and beautifully furnished with gorgeous view

Quick communication from the owner! Beautifully updated and fully equipped unit. Our family loved the central location. Elevator right next to the condo but no noise issues - very convenient end unit location. Easy access away from the busy central lobby. Shaded pool was awesome in heat of the afternoon! We loved every minute and will definitely return. Thanks for sharing it with us.

Perfect condo with the most perfect view

We rented the condo for fall break week. My wife and I with our 3 little kids. Condo had everything you could need from dishes, appliances, board games, etc. Resort is nice and seems to be getting a lot of upgrades with pools. Perfect walkout access to the beach. Chair rental crew was amazing. Condo seems to be newly renovated and everything is fresh and new feeling. Design style is perfect for the beach setting.

Excellent!

The condo is decorated perfectly along with having all the items you would need. We had zero complaints about the condo. It was fantastic being right by the garbage and elevator and NO you can not hear either from the unit. The resort is great as well. It will be nice when the new pool is open as the outdoor pools get pretty shaded in the afternoon. The beach service was so nice to be able to get lunch or drinks right on the beach. Loved this property and most of all the unit for our first stay in Destin!

Could be better

Spring Break 2024. Let me start by saying I understand that maintenance isn’t something the owners can control. That said, if I were the owner I would have made sure that the guests were aware or offered a discounted rate. The condo’s location is good, right in the middle of Destin. The facility on the other hand was a mess. They were redoing the roof and painting the building. This unit being at the very end, right next to where the new roof was being put on. Half of your view is the beach and the other half is the roof. They really should not have this unit available during roof construction. We couldn’t sleep in because of the noise and no naps either. The elevator closest to the room was broken so we had to use the main elevators, which 1 of the main 4 elevators was broken as well. All elevators were very dirty. The condo was nice and clean, but the TV’s didn’t work, so we had to log on to our personal Netflix accounts. We also told them about a broken iron and never got a new one so we wore wrinkly clothes the entire time. Needless to say I don’t think we’ll ever come back to The Pelican.

Great condo but resort staff unfriendly

The condo was beautiful and have absolutely no complaints. The washer/dryer was normal size which was different than our other friend’s condos in the Pelican, so that was nice. My only complaint is the resort itself. The staff are not friendly. The pools don’t open until 9am despite the brochure saying 8am and the big pool closed at 7p. The pool maintenance people stated “put the acid in, they’ll learn” when people were in the pool before 9am. We were here on a baseball tournament so “fun time” is minimal and most resorts open pools from 8a-10/11p. The beach service doesn’t allow for chairs in front row so on days when the tides are further back, they essentially take up the full area. Our group rented 6 umbrellas that day because you wouldn’t have been able to sit on the beach otherwise and they were so tightly packed that our kids did not have room to play around (Six 12 yr old boys here on a baseball tournament). I would only recommend if you don’t plan to be at the beach that often or are ok with beach chair setup that is on top of each other. However, Condo was beautiful and we had everything we needed.

First Family Beach Trip as a Family of 4

This condo was great and fit my family of 4 (38, 36, 4, & 1) perfectly! What I loved: the multiple pools, the Cafe, Tiki Bar, the location, & the fact the condo was supplied with EVERYTHING you could think you might want/need. What I think the Condo/Property could do better (most are property and Condo owners can't do much about): Elevator right by the condo didn't work. Made bringing things up to the room a bit more cumbersome. The Cafe hours could have been longer into the evening (especially when weather stinks or families have small children & dont want to adventure out.. or cook). Not allowing tents on the beach .. as a family with small children, shade is very important and the beach chairs available or the allowing of umbrellas to be set up .. isn't going to shade much. The front bedroom while I LOVED the twin beds for my girls, I didn't love that it blocked half the entrance into that bedroom's bathroom. Not sure how you fix it, but ankles were bruised getting into the bathroom. Haha Whatever you do, don't get rid of the twin beds - they were amazing for small kids. Again, overall, we will be back and these minor things will not keep us from staying in 718 again. Until next time! :)

Destin 10/10 would definitely go back

Property was clean and nicely appointed. Beautiful view of the beach. Our 3 year old loved the pools. The tiki bar/cafe offered delicious drinks and snacks for a reasonable price. The beach was stunning and had calm waters, would recommend renting chairs and an umbrella.

Fantastic Vacation!

This was our families first vacation to a beach and everyone said it has been their favorite vacation. Our condo was very nice and clean, our beach view was perfect, and we were steps away from the beautiful white sands in Destin. The front desk staff welcomed us and were very friendly and we had the best time! We would definitely go back.
