ahhh Im so sorry you didnt see our mamma and cubs. Its pretty cold right now so they are beginning their winter hibernation and not coming out as much. I hope you can come in the spring or summer sometime when they are very active. I am so glad you enjoyed the cabin. Guy and Tonia

Thanks for your kind review and as you see in our guests book about 70% of our guests see the Bears but this gives you a great reason to come back again. Yes, we live on Ski Mtn so the roads are definitely not flat but the great thing is they are freshly paved and our drive is concrete and not mud and rocks like many in the area. Regarding the decor and surroundings, we try to set clear expectations by listing our year-round Christmas theme and noting that the property offers a wooded setting rather than expansive mountain views. As you experienced, wildlife is very active here! Mountain bears are incredibly curious and known to explore cars and cabins. We reached out to the owner regarding your request, and we apologize that they have not provided the camera footage to pass along to you. We hope you still made some great mountain memories!
