Located in Ouray next to the Uncompahgre River, this ultra comfortable townhome provides the best of both worlds - comfort and convenience. The living room welcomes guests to relax by the gas fireplace while enjoying their favorite book or movie. Gather in the dining area or on the back deck to enjoy a well-deserved meal after a full day of adventure.

The spacious En-suite Primary bedroom is the perfect retreat with a King bed, soaking tub, walk-in shower and private deck. The second and third bedrooms feature comfortable Queen beds and a full bathroom.

2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed (2nd Level)
3rd Bedroom - Queen Bed (2nd Level).

Guests are welcome to park up to two vehicles in front of the townhome. RV’s and trailers not allowed. Free parking is available next to Fellin Park on the west end of 9th Avenue.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

PROPERTY DISCLOSURES:
1. This home does not have a grill and grills are not allowed.

2. As with most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.
