We enjoyed our stay at Ouray, this property was perfect. The start of the Perimeter trailer is right behind the house, close walking to town and hot springs are right across the street. Perfect location and house was amazing.

Home away from home!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was phenomenal! This was the 3rd time we’ve stayed here and we plan to keep coming back! The condo was clean, well stocked and comfy! It’s right in town, so you can easily walk around whether it’s to dinner, to shop or even hike. It honestly feels like home away from home to all of us. Our last night the smoke detectors did malfunction, but it was just a freak accident. They were easy to get a hold of and maintenance came and replaced the faulty detector. We completely understand things like that happen, and told them no worries, but they went out of their way and refunded us a bit for the inconvenience. Thank you once again for the beautiful condo, we love it!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful property. Very clean. Fit our family of 6 perfectly. Views were incredible. Location was perfect. The only downfall was no a/c. It did get pretty warm in upstairs rooms but this was also end of July so I imagine most of the year it's perfectly fine. But overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Great spot, perfect location and incredible view

Stayed here for a ski trip. The place worked out perfectly. Spacious, clean, plenty of kitchen amenities and right across the street from the hot springs. Would definitely stay again.

Convenient & Cozy

Location perfect for the hot springs pool, right across the street and the perimeter trail, right behind the property. A quick drive into town for shops and restaurants. Everyone slept great and we had such a good time.

Great location right across from the hot springs. Great view of Ouray looking down Main Street Really enjoyed the “Sun Room/Enclosed Patio”. Not much happening in Ouray at the time. But still could have stayed longer.
