This was our second year for an extended stay here in August. We appreciate how it is to communicate with the owners. The condo is very comfortable and the location is perfect for us. Close to the fitness and recreation center, there is a trail that leads into Fraser or a Winter Park. The beds are comfy. The kitchen has all the basic needs.

A great time in Fraser, CO

This was our third year to rent this property and we were not disappointed. Awesome time with the condo and the ski resort!

The condo worked out very well for my family. Hosts have provided all the basic necessities along with some perks ( from the plastic sleds that were available to a booster seat to cooking spices). Instructions and directions were clear.

This condo had everything we needed and a beautiful view!

Everyone had their own bathroom and the drive to Winter Park was short. If we ever return to Winter Park we will stay there again

Awesome stay in the Rockies!

Great property! Plenty of room for our family. Loved Frazier, the proximity to the lakes and RMNP worked great for us. The owners were awesome to work with and are GREAT hosts! Next time we head for the mountains, we'll definitely book this home again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We stay in a lot of home rentals. Not only were our hosts, accommodating and hospitable, their place is tremendous. Great location and views but also most appreciated was the quality of the beds, furniture, bathrooms, linens, etc. We could not have been happier during the week we spent and will certainly be hoping to stay here again on a future trip whether it be in the summer or during ski season.

Great place!

We loved our stay here. The condo was well stocked with everything you could need. It was clean and well furnished. The rec center was a great bonus. Katie was easy to communicate with and a great host!

Great stay!

We enjoyed our time very much. Everything we needed in the kitchen to cook our meals. Great location with the condo being close to the grocery store, shopping in town, and lots of hiking trails. Beautiful view of the sunset each night.

February Long Weekend

Great property in super location. Hosts were awesome and the property had tons of nice touches throughout. Really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, welcome snacks and wine, and the ability to use the clubhouse. Definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting an amazing getaway to the Winter Park area.

Great Condo for Skiing

This condo was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed for my family of 4 adults and two teenagers. Just a few yards away from the Lift (free bus system for Winter Park) that took us to the ski resort, restaurants, and local shopping. Owners were great to deal with. Highly recommend.

Great location close to bike, hiking trails, breweries and grocery store. Most comfortable king bed. Liked having bathroom on each floor and garage to store our bikes.

Family ski trip to Winter Park

We had an excellent experience. Property is exactly as described. Owners were quick and easy to communicate with. Check in process was simple. The convenience of the garage was very nice with overnight snow! We hope to return!

Very comfortable and spacious accommodation

Wonderful week in Fraser. The condo was very clean, fully stocked, comfortable, and spacious. We have always enjoyed the accommodations at Meadowridge for pool, hot tub, and fitness access. This condo has wonderful views, the hosts are quick to respond, and the garage makes this so easy with gear.

Springbreak 2019

Our family stayed here for springbreak and we really enjoyed it. We loved how it was so spacious and well kept. Another added benefit was the well stocked kitchen, plenty of utensils, pots and pans, etc. Loved how the master bedroom was away from the family room, since college kids tend to have different hours than their parents. Definitely would stay here again the next time we go to Winter Park!

Winter Park

Perfect Family Vacation

We could not have imagined a more picturesque view from our cozy VRBO. The home it self was just perfect for our family of 6 adults. The amenities were great! I never imagined being nice and toasty in a hot tub while it was gently snowing. The entire stay was amazing! We would come back in a heart beat! The hosts were very easy to communicate with as well and left us a sweet treat upon arrival!

Ski vacation in Fraser, Colorado

Katie and Warren Day's condo was such a nice place to stay for our ski vacation. Everything is so organized in the kitchen and the condo just has a comfortable feel! This is our second year to stay at this condo and we would recommend it to anyone. I love having the garage to keep our car snow free and the drive to Winter Park Resort or to Granby is painless.

AMAZING FAMILY VACATION

What an amazing stay. Not only was this condo in a perfect location for our trip, but it was BY FAR the most well appointed VRBO we have ever stayed at. Katie and Warren have created such a cozy atmosphere. All the Amenities are provided. From Moose at the back door to the bundles of cut firewood at the ready, this place has it all. If ever available in the future, it would be our first choice. You cannot go wrong. Thanks to Katie and Warren, you'll need for nothing!!

Incredible home and owners

It was over the MLK weekend, which happened to be the location for an epic snowstorm which dropped 52 inches in the Winter Park area. So much snow fell that it impacted travel conditions. The owners were INCREDIBLY kind and gracious and worked with us to handle an additional day of accomodations due to the Berthoud Pass closure. The condo was beautiful, clean and more than enough space for a party of three adults and three kids. The Meadow Ridge location is ideal for proximity to slopes and the Town of Winter Park. The amenities offered by the Meadow Ridge community is only steps away. We are very grateful to the kind owners and the the time we spent there during such a heavy storm weekend. Five stars!

Hot little condo

Summers can be hit or miss for meadowridge, this year it was very hot (90’s) and the meadow mile road was under construction so it was very loud. This property faces afternoon sun which is probably absolutely wonderful in the winter but brutal if you get hot summer days like we did! The view was fabulous, The beds were comfy but the giant sofa was not. The garage was wonderful with plenty of hooks for gear. We have stayed in several condos over the years at meadowridge and I would say this is on par with the majority of them, it was just so very stifling in the condo in the evenings due to the heat gain from the hot days. This is probably a good winter rental!

We are adding tips and tricks to our welcome package to help folks keep the condo cool on hot days. average summer highs are below 80 degrees in Fraser, so you scored the unfortunate heat wave.
