Situato vicino al famoso Downtown Downtown di SLO, questo cottage con due camere da letto recentemente rinnovato si trova a pochi passi dai negozi / ristoranti / locali notturni del centro. Tutto è nuovo di zecca, pronto per te. La proprietà comprende un giardino in stile zen con una terrazza e un barbecue. Per alcuni ommm e alcuni yummm. E assicurati di firmare una roccia nella nostra famosa fontana di roccia.

Il soggiorno è dotato di TV a schermo piatto, cavo HD con HBO, divano che può ospitare due persone, wifi, stampante wireless e accesso senza chiave. Una camera da letto ha un letto queen size molto confortevole e l'altra camera come un letto full size altrettanto comodo.

Great property! The refrigerator was full of yummy things, the place was super clean, great coffee, shops, nearby easy walk to the downtown. The place felt very welcoming and we had a wonderful time!

Had a great stay in SLO. House is within walking distance of shops and restaurants, which was great to not have to deal with parking. Check in was easy, communication was great. The house is stocked with everything you might need and more. Nice to have AC, since most homes in this area do not.

Such a great stay! Loved that the home had anything you may need and had forgotten to bring as well! So cozy and was perfect for our quick weekend in SLO. Perfect location to downtown and Madonna Inn! Will definitely look to stay here for future visits.

Great location and really well stocked! We had a very nice time at this home and enjoyed the back deck and bbq as well as everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Walking distance to down town was super convenient. The nicest hosts that obviously take a lot of pride in taking great care of their guests. I recommended this property to others before I even checked out!

Fantastic and quick communication. The house was perfect for us - very cute, clean and it has everything you could possibly need-tons of coffee and creamers, a flat iron, umbrellas and goodies. It’s located in a nice neighborhood and close to coffee shops and High Street Deli. Will definitely be back!

Great location! Walking to downtown shopping and restaurants. Drive to several nature parks and beaches. Clean a comfortable. So much is included. We took the beach towels and beach chairs to Montana De Oro to do some shell and rock hunting, so fun and relaxing. Very clean and terrific hosts!This cottage has it all!

Great house, great hosts!

Great little house and location, but the hosts made it a superior experience, letting us know we could check in early and having a very well stocked property - coffee, spices, water, and tons of treats!

Great stay in SLO!

This cottage had absolutely everything we needed for a long weekend getaway. It was by far the most well stocked VRBO we have ever stayed at. Check in and check out was a breeze. Great location for walking to the downtown area. We definitely hope to return! Perfect for a couple or small family.

Adorable and Perfect Location

The hosts have gone out of their way to make this a HOME. All the amenities and more were there. By far, the best I have stayed at. Also, downtown is within walking distance, and the coast is a short drive. I would stay here again.

One of the best VRBO experiences! Thank you so much for making such a welcoming, wonderful home away from home for us to enjoy! I've never experienced such hospitality and the cottage was stocked with everything we could possibly need. I even had a minor spill on the mean streets of downtown SLO (haha), and there was peroxide, neosporin and bandaids in the bathroom ... such a great thing to find and totally unexpected. The sweet ice cream treats were extra special, too! The location was so ideal - right around the corner from Nautical Bean and a very quick walk to downtown SLO. Thank you so much! We will be back!

Charming & Comfortable Cottage

We loved everything about this charming 1930s cottage in SLO. Beautifully refurbished, comfortable and within walking distance of Old Town. We'll be back!

Host: Elizabeth and Paul Wagner

Beth and PJ are the owners. Beth was originally born and raised in SLO and wanted to return to her roots. Beth and PJ are both in the entertainment industry in LA and wanted to find a place where they could catch their breaths. And they found it. Here on Beebee St.

Beth was a performer on Broadway in New York, performing in Legally Blonde, Good Vibrations and Young Frankenstein. She is in a band called Totsy now and acts and writes for TV, as well.

PJ owns a successful production company called Gear 6 Productions, which has produced several IMAX educational films for the Discovery Science Center. He is also a commercial actor...with a Mercedes car commercial out this summer.

Together, they have worked their booties off to bring this house from drab to chic. They are very excited to open their home up to you. May you enjoy it as much as they have.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We wish you could see the transformation we did on this house. We took a house that needed a lot of love and gave it a big fat hug. This property is on a peaceful street, with a lovely breeze that gently rolls by. Close enough to downtown, but far enough away to hear the birds sing.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

The swing on the front porch, as you listen to the birds chirp. The fun old school phone hanging in the kitchen. The diner style table and chairs. The zen-like garden. The rock signing garden! And close to downtown. Lots of character and lots of heart. This is your home away from home.
