Updated w/private fenced yard. Located in quiet neighborhood. There's a reason we're called “The Peninsula @Jamestown.” 3.9 mi to Sedgefield Country Club, Home of the PGA Tour Wyndham Golf Championship. 9 mi -PTI airport, 7.3 mi- Coliseum & Aquatic center. 7 mi- HPU, 6.3 mi- UNCG, mins to shopping, restaurants, & downtown Jamestown. 3.9 mi to brewery & top notch cuisine, Blue Moon Oyster bar, Southern Roots, Black Powder BBQ, etc. Home-Walking trls, pond for kayaking, deck, hot tub & fire pit.

Sleeping Quarters: all bedrooms are upstairs. Owners suite- King size tempur-pedic mattress. Bedrooms 2&3- Full size trundle bed & 32" T.V. 4th bedroom- queen mattress & 32" T.V. Home also has a fifth room used as a workout room/bonus.

I will be available to offer help if needed. Every stay is unique and we can customize it, according to your needs.

Quiet residential neighborhood. Has a neighborhood pond, for kayaking. Close by walking trails.

For bookings longer than 30 days, we will collect a $1,200 refundable security deposit. Smoking inside of the home is prohibited. Failure to obey the rules will result in a $500.00 fine.

Things to do:
Zoo- 30 minutes south of our home. You can experience animals from all continents! Visit the NC Asheboro Zoo. Such a great atmosphere and lots of exhibits. Lots to see and do, so plan for the whole day. The animals are great! Play areas for children too.

Science Center- 8 miles away from our home. Plan for the whole day. Lots to see inside and outside! One side of the building is dedicated to aquariums and penguins. Lots of tropical fish, jelly fish, and a octopus tank. Huge shark tanks and hands on stingray aquarium, where kids can touch the sea life. Downstairs is dedicated to learning about the human body, weather exhibits, dinosaurs and much more. Lots of fun hands on exhibits! They also have theaters so take time to catch a show. Outside you can enjoy all the animals and a ropes course!

Wet and Wild Emerald Pointe water park- Only 5 miles down the road. Plan for the day of sun and sun screen. :) Here is a tip; the cabanas are worth the extra money!

Bicentennial Greenway- Jump on the trails within 1 mile from our home. We are surrounded by lakes and great hiking trails. Including Gibson park 3.1 mi, Bur-Mil park 9mi and several others. Lots of great trails for biking or walking.

Pilot Mountain- Take an hour drive to the beautiful Pilot Mountain. Where beauty and hiking collide.
