Gulf Breeze Pool Home. Favolose vedute sul Golfo del Messico.

Questa casa con piscina sul lato del Golfo farà da sfondo ad una fantastica vacanza! Il meglio di entrambi ... Da questa posizione si possono ammirare splendide vedute sul golfo aperto ma ancorate al molo protetto per il navigatore o il pescatore. Rilassati sull'ampio portico o a bordo piscina e goditi i panorami in continua evoluzione dagli appartamenti al golfo aperto e alla fine della giornata i colori del tramonto. Se la brezza aumenta, i panorami sono ugualmente piacevoli dalle aree di vita, sala da pranzo e cucina! Non sei un navigatore ma ami il kayak? Un grande appartamento e il litorale sono a pochi metri di distanza da esplorare in kayak o per divertirsi facendo snorkeling! 2 kayak per due persone sono offerti, in omaggio, per il tuo uso! La casa offre 22 'di spazio sul molo dietro l'ascensore (l'ascensore non è disponibile per gli ospiti). Puoi appendere un po 'oltre l'estremità del molo senza invadere il vicino e c'è poco traffico in barca oltre la casa. Vaca Cut è a pochi minuti per andare in barca sull'oceano, il golfo è in vista!

Le 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni includono una master suite, con un letto king size e un bagno privato che ti farà sentire come se fossi in una spa. La sala da bagno serve le altre due camere da letto, una delle quali ha un letto matrimoniale, l'altra con 4 letti gemelli (letti a castello) e le aree comuni. La cucina spaziosa e ben attrezzata è in grado di gestire più cuochi e la cena può essere gustata all'interno o sotto il portico. Vietato fumare. Gli animali domestici possono essere considerati, ma caso per caso. Devi contattarci e ricevere l'autorizzazione affinché un animale domestico si trovi sulla proprietà. Se approvato, ci sarà una tassa per animali domestici di $ 150 più tasse.
Il riscaldamento della piscina è disponibile nei mesi invernali, opzionale e aggiuntivo a $ 200 più tasse a settimana o $ 600 più tasse per un soggiorno di 4 settimane.

Awesome location

We love this location. The house was great and the provided paddle boards and kayaks were a nice touch. The sunsets on the Gulf are amazing, and having a low drama boat ramp nearby is a bonus.

Great House is a beautiful area

We really enjoyed our stay - Two adults, 3 thirteen year olds and one six year old. Great Kayaking and paddleboarding right off the dock, beautiful views, nice pool. Check in and Check out was easy and simple. Recommend and would book again.

Great house!

We stayed at the house with our family and had an amazing time. We rented a boat and fished every day. Easy ride to 7 mile bridge and vaca cut. Convenient to grocery, shopping, and restaurants. Loved our stay!

Perfect stay!

This is a beautiful house in a beautiful location. The home was perfect for our family with 2 adult children. A gorgeous view and big wrap around deck with a great sunset view each night. We loved having the SUP and kayaks for our use and it was fun to see the sea life right off of our dock.

Keys Getaway

This is a second time we stayed at this property. It’s a great location with great views. Definitely add on the heated pool in the winter months was well worth it! Kitty was very helpful and very responsive with any questions we had. Look forward to future stays

Beautiful waterfront home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this amazing waterfront home. It was a perfect fit for our family of four. We fished daily from the dock and even had a manatee visit. The pool was the perfect temperature-we used it daily. The house location is perfect, making day trips to both Key West and Key Largo easy. Highly recommend.

Amazing home, fantastic location and beautiful views

We have stayed in dozens of houses in Marathon, this has to be our favorite one. convenient location, deep canal filled with sea life, excellent boat access, snorkeling, kayaking. The house has all you would need, the pool was nice, the property was clean and well maintained. We will be back.

Fantastic ‘girls getaway’

Well apportioned home with fantastic views. We enjoyed seeing small barracuda, grouper and angel fish off the dock. We had the unexpected treat of seeing a small pod of dolphins right in front of the dock.

Paradise in Marathon

We could have stayed forever. Cocktails in the evening over looking the water, many waterfront restaurants, great fishing and snorkeling excursions, the turtle hospital, and so much more. Not to mention the wonderful ocean/gulf breezes. It was great.

Outstanding!!!!

The view was amazing during the day and the sunsets were a 10 out of 10 EVERY evening. The reef in front of the house was beautiful and was fun to visit with the kayaks and snorkel. The pool was great and the house was clean and well-equipped. Looking forward to a return trip to this property....

Just perfect

This house was absolutely everything a family that loves to fish could ask for! The water was so clear by the house we could see beautiful reef fish so clearly. The house worked perfect for us and our boat too! The sunsets were unbelievable!!!!!!

Easy check/in and check/out process, very close to the home. Home is beautiful - pictures don't do it justice! There are patio doors throughout the home that allow you to take in all the gorgeous views. Plenty of supplies throughout the house for the week. Kids caught tons of fish right off the dock (shrimp worked best), including mostly grunt, snapper and some small barracuda. Kayaks were so fun! Water low in morning and allows you to watch dozens of gorgeous birds getting their breakfast in the bay.

Gorgeous views, amazing location, & great house

4th straight year renting in Marathon but our 1st time staying at this house. It checked almost all the boxes for us. A downstairs 1/2 bath would make it perfect and an elevator would definitely make things a lot easier but overall, this house was so enjoyable! The location, pet friendliest, & sunsets make this home a 10! The check in process was not our favorite. A keypad with a code would be our recommendation. We will be back though!!

Paradise!

It was better than we could imagine. The most beautiful view of gulf and sunset. Right on the water with fishing , kayaking, snorkeling right out the back door. 10 mins from everything. Kitty was so sweet. There was nothing left to chance. Even a very nice welcoming gift. Beautiful home. The private pool was heated. They supplied 2 paddle boards and 2 kayaks with all paddles and life vest. We watched 2 Manatees playing every night. We will be returning.

AMAZING

The home was very clean and spacious! The views from the wrap around balcony were breath taking! Pool was clean and perfect temp. The family enjoyed fishing right off the dock, and the channel the home is on is actually a popular snorkel spot too. We had some rainy weather on most days which were not good boat days, but the home is close to Crane Point Hammock and plenty of restaurants. Outside bait freezer was helpful and the inside ice maker was a big plus! The neighborhood boat ramp does cost $25 to put in and take out but was easily accessible and close to the house. Perfect family house and for our dog! Very, very happy with our stay! Although check in isn’t at the house it was pretty seamless, we didn’t mind it. Hopefully to return next year!
