This Home accommodated our family for a wedding weekend at a nearby venue excellently. The outdoor spaces, games and toys available were perfect. The communication with the host was immediate, and I appreciated their attentiveness when I was struggling with technology!I truly appreciated the close proximity to various wineries in one direction and grocery stores, etc. in the other direction.Overall it was a fantastic experience.

What a special occasion to host—we're so glad the home was the perfect base for your family's wedding weekend! It's wonderful to hear the outdoor spaces, games, and toys were such a hit, and that the location struck the ideal balance with wineries one way and groceries and conveniences the other. We're also glad our team could be there for you right away, technology hiccups and all. Thank you for sharing such kind words, and we'd love to welcome you and your family back anytime!

Very Clean Property. Appeared they are updating house as lots of old furniture in the garage. We Thought it was a 5 bedroom 5 bathroom house, however, there is a jack and Jill type of bathroom between two of the bedrooms. So Full bathroom count is actually 3. House is large, in a great area, very clean, great views. Beds and sheeting were very comfortable. We were attending an event at California Ranch Company and it was 5 minutes away so the location was perfect. We will be back :)

So glad to hear you'll be back—that's the best compliment we could ask for! We're thrilled the house delivered on space, cleanliness, great views, and those comfortable beds and linens, and that the location put you just five minutes from your event at California Ranch Company. Thank you for the helpful notes about the bathroom configuration and the furniture in the garage—we've shared these with our team to make sure the listing details are clear for future guests. We appreciate you taking the time to share all of this, and we can't wait to welcome you back!

Beautiful Home

This property is absolutely breathtaking. 13 friends and I came down to celebrate my 30th birthday and the property had plenty of space, was clean, and the pool and yard were to die for. The check in process was easy, and the hosts were very communicative with any questions I had. 10/10 experience, would definitely stay again.

My family and I recently stayed at the property during spring break. The house and views were amazing, definitely exceeded our expectations. The house was very well kept, the amenities were amazing. Amazing House with a view!!!

My family recently stayed at this house and it did not disappoint!! Our family enjoyed the assortment of outdoor games provided. The pool was extremely clean and pool toys were on-hand. My kids were incredibly impressed with the theater room that has a wonderful surround sound system. There was more than enough room both inside and outside of this gorgeous house for the whole family. The views are breathtaking and tranquil. We would absolutely stay here again!!

Beautiful house in a great setting

Really enjoyed this property. Our family visited the area for some golf and wine tasting. The house has a great layout and has spectacular views of the area. The AvantStay team was readily available when I had some questions. We used the pool and hot tub everyday. Both are great. I was a little bothered by the cost of heating the pool, but it was my choice to accept it. A nice location for visiting wineries. We dined at 4 wineries within a 10 minute drive and visited several others in the area for tasting. Would definitely stay again.

Good amenities / mice and rats not so good

Responsive and professional manager and good amenities. Mice and rats in the property though - we noticed and alerted the property manager. Kitchen was not well equipped no cutting boards no ice cream scooper. Again property manager was responsive but the kitchen was very poorly equipped. Even the coffee mice were small. Just not what I expect for 1,000 a night. Like Avantstay but the manager.but we will not stay at this property again.

The trash container is very far from the house, we want to be sure the trash is out at all time. One of the jack and Jill bathroom is quite small, there is issue trying to close the door once you enter the bath tub / toilet area. Another toilet in the share bathroom did not flush well in another jack and Jill bathroom (with the walk-in shower)We understand all the instruction were by the front door, but the printing is small is high up on the wall. It would be easier to read if they are lower. We understand we received the instruction for check in and check out, but it is easier to look at the printed instruction on the wall.Location of the property very close to all the wineries.

Wonderful to hear the location put the wineries within easy reach. Since your stay, the toilet has been serviced, the bathroom door fit has been adjusted, and the posted instructions have been moved to an easier height, with the full house manual also available online at any time. We appreciate the thoughtful notes, and we hope to host you again on a future visit.

Absolutely perfect!

This house is absolutely beautiful, perfectly maintained and huge! It was spotless and even had that clean smell when we walked in. The check in process was easy...I had to contact the host once about trying to figure out how to turn on spa because I've never done it before...but she called me within 5 minutes and did it for me from there! I highly recommend this house the company that manages it is so professional and u can tell really takes pride in their properties. I will definitely be back!

We stayed here with family and friends for our daughters wedding at Callaway Winery! From the moment we drove up to the gate, it felt as if we were checking into The Ritz or the Four Seasons!
