Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback! We’re glad to hear that your family enjoyed the home and had plenty of space for your wedding trip. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience with the limited supply of foil, plastic wrap, and garbage bags, especially with a larger group. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We only wish you had informed us through the contact information provided during your stay, as we would have been more than happy to accommodate you and provide what you needed. It was a pleasure hosting your family, and we’d be happy to welcome you back again!

Thanks a ton, you were such a thoughtful guest and group. We are glad you chose our home to bring in the New Years and loved it so much. We would love to have you back again anytime too :)

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly appreciate it, as it helps us continue improving the guest experience. We're sorry to hear about the issues you encountered during your stay. Regarding the laundry, we were in the process of sorting through some linens that had been left behind by a previous cleaning company. Those items were not intended for guest use, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. As for the light bulbs, thank you for letting us know. We immediately ordered replacement bulbs after being made aware of the issue. Unfortunately, they were scheduled to be delivered the day after your checkout, so we weren't able to replace them during your stay.

Thank you Kristi, we are thrilled to know you found our villa clean and enjoyable as a family! We would love to have you back again! You were a joy to host! :) thank you for choosing us!

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad you found the home spacious, cosy, and well-suited for your group, and that communication worked well for you throughout your stay. We also appreciate you pointing out the areas we need to improve. We’re sorry to hear you found these issues during your stay, our team has been notified to take care of it. However, had you pointed out we would have surely sent the team to handle it rigth away for you and extra tissues are always supplied in each bath's vanity drawer. Wish you'd have inquired. Nonetheless, your feedback helps us maintain a better experience for future guests, and we hope to host you again better next time.

Hi Brandy, We truly appreciate your thoughtful review. It’s great to know the house worked well for your family including the thoughtfully designed garage game setup, and it’s especially heartwarming to hear about your son discovering an interest in piano during his stay, that’s a memory worth cherishing. Thank you for being such respectful and kind guests. You’re always welcome back! Warm wishes, Amaze Manors

Thank you, Dolores! You were such a pleasure to host, kind, communicative, and truly thoughtful from start to finish. I really appreciated how respectful you were with the guest details and how sweetly you went above and beyond to help us upon the review glitch. Guests like you make hosting worth it. Thank you so much, Marian, for the detailed and thoughtful review. I’m really glad to hear the home worked well for your group and found it clean, spacious. Thank you as well for the helpful suggestions, we truly appreciate when guests share what would make the experience even better. We’ll be adding the measuring cup, baking sheet, and a few more full-size towels shortly. We shall also consider how to upgrade the beds since they're new. But we are glad the kids found the bunk beds enjoyable and comfortable. It was wonderful having you, and we’d be happy to welcome you and your family back anytime.

Thank you for your feedback, Elvia. We're sorry to hear your stay did not meet your expectations. Our documented records differ significantly from the account shared in this review. During your stay, the only concern communicated to us either through the Vrbo message thread or our direct contact numbers was regarding water pressure. We responded immediately requesting further details so we could assist, but did not receive a follow-up response. No concerns regarding the pool, electrical system, ants, remotes, or supplies were reported to us during your stay through any communication channel. We proactively checked in during your stay, provided multiple contact numbers for urgent assistance, and had a local team available to respond whenever needed. Our pre-arrival and post-departure inspection records also did not identify the conditions described in this review. Had any of these concerns been brought to our attention during your stay, we would have addressed them promptly. As some statements in this review differ from our documented records, we have provided the relevant communication history and supporting documentation to Vrbo for their review. For future guests, our commitment remains the same: we maintain our homes to a high standard, thoroughly inspect them before every arrival, and encourage guests to contact us immediately if anything requires attention. We pride ourselves on being responsive and doing everything we can to resolve concerns promptly so every guest can enjoy a comfortable and memorable stay.

It was such a pleasure hosting you and your family. Your communication throughout was exceptionally clear, thoughtful, and considerate, and we truly appreciated how proactive you were, including keeping us informed about your early checkout. You treated the home with great care and respect, and it genuinely made hosting you a warm and effortless experience. We’d be delighted to welcome you back anytime.

Thank you Jason for the 5-star rating! We truly appreciate you choosing to stay with us and are glad you had a positive experience. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’d love to welcome you back for another stay in the future!
