This condo is a wonderful place to stay. We love to fish and this gem allows us to relax, have fun, and fish. We were extremely disappointed that the dock lights were off this time. Ruined it for us. Next time I will ask about the lights before I book

Never use VRBO. I booked this trip a month prior. Unfortunately a hurricane cat 3 hit right when I was going. Vrbo told me their policy on hurricanes didn't apply to navarre beach. Complete lie. I won't ever use VRBO again

Annual Florida Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Second time staying in this unit and fourth time staying with Paradise Beach Homes. The unit is in a great location. Very quiet. The unit is clean and has all amenities. The pool area was nice and well maintained. It is minutes from the National Seashore and public beaches. The unit is right on the sound with the pier steps away.

This unit was in a great place but it needs updating. The fold out couch isnt useful as a couch much less a fold out bed. Its hard and itchy. The tv has a busted speaker. There are several pieces in the unit that just took up space but not at all useful. There needs to be more comfortable seating in the living area.

Property exactly what we were looking for. Sits right on the Santa Rosa Sound, couldn’t get any closer. Quiet and peaceful. Easy access to Gulf side, just 2 blocks away, so best of both worlds. Clean and everything you need.

Great quiet family vacation spot!

We loved staying here for the convenience of the fishing pier and access to public beaches just a short drive up the road. It was a very laid back family friendly area. Would definitely stay here again!

check-in was extremely easy. The kitchen had everything we needed for daily meals as well as utensils and dishes needed for grilling steaks one night on the outdoor grill near the pier.

Awesome place close to the beach!

We love staying here! It is quiet and less commercialized which we love. You can walk to the beach! Perfect location! Love this place and recommend.

Very nice location and sunset view.

We enjoyed staying here so much that we’ll be back. The property is very well taken care of and clean. On top of that having everything you need to cook your food. Very peaceful and quiet.

Peaceful Bay view walking distance from oceanside

Wonderful property! Clean and quiet with a beautiful view of the bay! We had a little issue with a broken toilet handle that was promptly fixed! Would stay here again for sure!
