Approx. Ten minutes from Sunset Beach and Fishing Pier. 5 minutes from Calabash. About 20 minutes from downtown Myrtle Beach. A short drive to Barefoot Landing.
If you are looking for a easily accessed, centrally located getaway we are close to tons of shopping, fine dining and lots of entertainment which makes it perfect for families, couples or golfing trips.

Myrtle Beach Yacht Club. Eagles Nest, Valley at Eastport, Glen Dornoch Waterway, Thistle, Pearl Links, Sandpiper Bay, Jaguars Lair, Surf Golf Club, Beachwood Golf Club and Barefoot Resort Golf courses are all within minutes.

Great property

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Kenny's place very much. It was very comfortable, clean, stocked with everything we needed and more. Kenny is a very considerate host and has a binder of great restaurants and places to visut in the area also.

Relaxed weekend

Loved staying here. Everything was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. The host was prompt when answering any questions and friendly. It was an easy drive to whatever we needed, and the pool was never crowded, which was another plus!

Great place

The emails with all the info were great. The owner will text or call you if you have questions and give you suggestions on things to do. The condo was very nice and pool is 50 feet from front door. Would definitely stay there again.

Very nice, comfortable, well furnished and supplied condo on ground level front. Convenient to pool and hot tub. Parking in front of condo for easy loading/unloading. About 15 minutes from a nice beach access at Cherry Grove. Enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful Place

This condo is our favorite place to stay every year. It’s located near everything yet peaceful. The decor is pretty and everything is always clean. The owners are easy to work with. I would recommend this condo for a wonderful place to stay.

Sweet and Simple

Stayed for two weeks to finish up a work contract. The location is a short distance to the beach and other attractions. The condo is clean and very cozy

Fantastic place for a family!

We loved staying here during the week of Fourth of July! Excellent communication, great check-in, very non-stressful check-out process…..it smelled so fresh upon entering, and we didn’t ever feel yucky or dirty while staying here. We often feel that way at hotels. We hope to get to return to this unit next time we visit the area. Thank you so much!

The condo was perfect for us! Quiet neighborhood, the pool was perfect for our 4 year old, only 10-15 mins to the beach. Everything was clean. We truly enjoyed our stay! Thank you for hosting us! When we come back to NMB we will definitely be booking with them again! Thank you thank you!

Super clean!

The unit was roomy and very clean. The host was very responsive whenever I reached out via email. The proximity to the pool was super convenient. 3 or 4 (I lost count) beaches within a 20 minute drive. My family and I would love to stay here again when we're back in town!

Spacious, comfortable, great location

The property is in a great location, between North Myrtle Beach and Calabash NC. Great swimming pool right outside the door with very nice neighbors. Unit was well stocked with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of space to move around with a nice size kitchen, living/dining area, large bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. It was sparkling clean and nicely decorated. Check in process was super easy. Kenny is a gem and was in contact several times before and during our stay. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and look forward to coming back again soon!

Cypress Bay Stay

Our stay in Cypress Bay was very enjoyable. We stayed there because we were visiting family that lives close by. The condo was exactly as advertised. It is very clean and the kitchen is well stocked. The Keurig was a bonus for us. Kenny was very accommodating and reached out to us to check in early since nobody was there before us. We did not spend a lot of time there but ate breakfast on the screened porch every morning and the pool area was great. Our granddaughter really enjoyed it. Bill and Sue T South Grafton MA

Perfect location to anywhere within 20 miles north or south. We are golfers and we could get to any of the courses within minutes.

enjoyable stay

Everything described by the site for this unit was accurate. Owner was available to help in using the Kurek coffee maker. Got great coffee pods at Walmart. The unit was clean, comfortable and easy to get to. Recommend having a sheet in loose leaf binder on the cable channel numbers vs channel, (i.e. CNN Ch 30). Also recommend having set of wine glasses and perhaps highball glass. Otherwise the unit had everything I needed.

Myrtle Beach Vacation

I love coming to Myrtle Beach. I have never stayed in this area before but it was so quiet and peaceful. This is exactly what I needed to have especially with this pandemic. Loved the screened in patio and the Dunkin’ donuts down the road perfect combination!!!! Would definitely do it again.

I love when folks like Shirley visit our condo. She took care of it as if it were her own. That is much appreciated! I'm glad she was able to relax and escape the pandemic and other cares even of only for a few days. Would be happy to rent to her any time!

We purchased this property for a family getaway retreat for us, our daughter, her husband and our two grandkids.
We chose this particular property because of it's central location to many beaches, shopping, dining and other entertainment.
It is a clean and very well maintained complex. The pool and jaccuzi are just outside our door. Parking is immediately in front of our unit.
Everything is just easy and relaxing about this condo. We thoroughly enjoy our trips there.

5 minutes from the village of Callabash, a few blocks from the World Famous Blue Crab Festival, Beaches a mere minutes away as well as fine dining, shopping, golfing and other forms of entertainment
