Wonderful stay at this condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was properly clean. Convenient location with gorgeous beachfront views. My only recommendation is to provide more towels and better equipment kitchen. We only had one dish towel. I purchased additional dish towels and wash cloths. We were pleasantly surprised by the updated decor.

The condo was very nice, we had plenty of room and space for the grandkids to play. Everything we needed was to cook was there. The separate ice maker was definitely a plus! Would definitely stay again!

Plan ahead and bring your extra toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent and garbage bags. We had to go to store the first day since only supplied with one of each of these items. Tv remote for family room was missing. Contacted them and we were to receive one the next day but it never got delivered as promised.

We had an amazing time on our trip. The condo was beautifully decorated. It was incredibly convenient to park on the same floor we were staying. We would definitely consider returning.

Great family vacation!

It was our first family vacation with my siblings and their families. The place was clean and very beautiful. The pool and gym were amazing. Plus, it’s right on the beach and not too high up being on 5th floor. We could park on 5th floor of parking garage and walk straight to our condo. Will definitely consider going back!

AGC Rodeo Weekend

The condo was in an excellent location, plenty of room, beautiful view, nice balcony furniture, great service for onsite chair delivery, and amenities. The beds were comfortable and the den was spacious. We enjoyed the lazy river, zero entry pool, and splash pad. Only suggestions would be to add a casserole dish to the kitchen, and move the box that guest discard cigarettes away from the entrance to the elevators. Every time we would walk to the parking garage, smelled like an ash tray. Excellent condo and definitely would return!

The view was great and we especially loved being able to park on the floor we were on and walk right in and not have to wait on an elevator. Family of 8 adults

It was a wonderful condo and fit 8 adults very well, had plenty of space and was very comfortable. The only thing I’d say if to stock the kitchen with more utensils, Tupperware etc. There was no can opener. We didn’t realize we had to check in at the lobby and get wrist bands to wear while using the pool/beach access.But very minor things. We absolutely enjoyed our trip! The grounds were very well maintained, we even used the gym which was well equipped too! Wonderful place, I’m sure we’ll be back again!

The floors had sand throughout the condo whej we 1st gor there. The pots and pans were terrible. They need to have been thown away. We had to go buy one. We left it there for the next guest.The couch was stained/dirty. The bar stool pads were stained/dirty. The comforters were dirty.The condo itself was very spacious. It accommodated everyone.The view of the ocean and beach was absolutely amazing. The lazy river was loved by many.Overall our stay was ok. I do think for the amount of money that is charged it should have been in better shape. The host communicated once we got there. He was nice.

Very Nice Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The communication was good via email. Condo was nicely furnished. A couple of items which I would suggest needing to be addressed.The mattress on the King bed near the street should be replaced. Extremely soft and noisy. Door handle on bathroom door in the turquoise bedroom needs to be fixed. The handle was missing when we arrived and my son in law tried to temp fix it. Condo could use a can opener. And lastly- although it was a worst stay we did have one night with a large bachelorette party disrupting the night time beyond the pool hours. There was no security ever seen during our entire stay to handle things and this is a deal breaker for next time if security is not present. Police did respond to a domestic on ninth floor. There was also a couple sitting far away by the back stairwell eatting one night. Very odd as if they were not staying there. Just a heads up But all in all condo was very nice and had a great time.

We loved everything about this condo! It was quiet, clean, modern, and beautiful-exactly like its listing photos. The setup was wonderful for a large family with comfortable beds and plenty of bathrooms. The balconies off the master and living room offered wonderful views of the beach and gulf. There was plenty of parking on our floor. This complex is conveniently located next by multiple restaurants and shops. Our kids opened the pool every day at 7am and closed it down at night. The lazy river and slide were also a hit. We definitely hope to stay here again.

Place was everything we could have asked for even with the weather not being ideal we were still able to enjoy the indoor pool and hot tub. We were a total of three families and this place had more than enough space for everyone. Room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely book here again.

Kudos to Jil for her assistance. The two rented units were roomy, well furnished, and came with a great view of the beachfront. The only negative aspect of the overall experience was the additional fee ($55) charged for parking each car on the premises.
