We had a wonderful experience at this property. It's a great location with short walks to Rupp Arena and the downtown area. There was an issue with one AC unit when we arrived and the owner was there within 15 minutes and had a technician on property shortly thereafter to fix the issue. Great response! The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again if we returned to Lexington with a group.

Gratz Park Review

This was a fantastic place and accommodated us perfectly. Property managers were very organized and easy to work with. Would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Lexington.

Great KY Stay

Beautiful home in great location. Convenient to downtown and 15 minutes to KY Horse Park. Clean, very comfortable beds! Easy check in and great communication. Would highly recommend!

Larger than Expected

The property was nicer, larger, and perfectly located in the town of Lexington. Could not have asked for a better spot. Great VRBO.

Lexington Junior League Horse Show

Perfect location in Lexington! Very near quiet shaded park which is perfect for guests with pets. House very well equipped and comfortable. We will definitely return in the future!

UK Graduation Weekend

Great stay for 12 family members for UK graduation weekend. Excellent location- walk to Rupp easily. Plenty of room, comfortable beds and great kitchen and living room floor. Elevator made it easier to move luggage and cooler. Highly recommend!

NCAA First Round weekend

Past 38 years we all meet at a different city and had never been to Lexington. 6 guys from different parts of the US House was LARGE, CLEAN, COMFORTABLE and a perfect location for us. Host was EXTREMELY attentive to our needs and any issues we encountered. They did their best to make it a great stay!

Ideal house

This house was perfect for my group of groomsmen with their significant others. The host was very accommodating and flexible. He allowed us to check in early which was much appreciated with so many people coming in from out of state. The house itself is beautiful and clean. I would definitely stay at this house again in the future.

Nice neighborhood/location/house

8 couples stayed for a visit to Louisville & Keeneland racetrack, plus we had a dog. House was very clean with lots of amenities. Nice courtyard for the dog. Elevator was nice to get everyone’s luggage/food to the floors. Only had a Keurig, so we did buy a coffee pot. Plenty of hot water for everyone. Wished we had TVs in the bedrooms. Parking is an issue as we had 2 passes & was able to park 2 vehicles in the garage. However, had a car without a pass parked on the street for 2 days which left us without a spot and was an issue that did not get resolved. We did park in front of the house that does not actually have any lines & we were concerned of getting towed. Only reason I left a 4 star instead of a 5.

Very Comfortable

Unit is nicely updated and absolutely spotless. Very generous of owner to leave K-cups, cleaning supplies, and waters in the refrigerator. Only thing I would suggest is that the 4th floor skylights have blinds installed to keep out the hot afternoon sunshine.

Great location and space for adults visiting Lexington

Great setup for several couples visiting Lexington. Three bedrooms have their own bathroom, there is ample hang out space, and its walkable to bars and restaurants. Its a beautiful home! My only warning is that the garage is tiny - we were not comfortable parking anything other than a sedan in the garage space. Also, though it was relatively easy to find street parking, there was minimal street parking on the street the house is on; we had to walk a couple blocks.

Very nice!

This is a very nice property and we had a great stay! It is technically 6 bedroom but one of the rooms only has a pull-out couch and is used to access another bedroom, so it would have only been suitable for kids. Fortunately we only had 5 couples so the house was perfect and we had a great time!

Great place to stay in central Lexington

This was a really nice place to stay for 5 couples as we explored the Bourbon Trail. Our host, Taylor, was really helpful as we planned our visit, recommending a local bakery and Italian restaurant. The house was spacious, clean, comfortable, well-furnished and homey all at the same time. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Taylor for helping us have a memorable weekend!

Wonderful House/Convenient Location

The house was very clean, very well-stocked (plenty of towels, paper products, trash bags, etc.), well-appointed, in pretty (walkable/runnable) neighborhood, and worked perfectly for our group of 6 friends. It's even nicer in person than in the pictures. Easy drive to Keeneland, KY Horse Park, and distilleries, as well as to restaurants. We did not cook at house but kitchen appears to have all the essentials. The owner Taylor was very responsive to inquiries.

Perfect Getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay! We had family come in from other areas of Kentucky and this house was the perfect setup for everyone from age 4 to 74! Communication with the owner was exceptional and we've made a note to stay here for future trips to Lexington!
