Very good communicationThe rooms were cleanLoved beach view The walkway on the 10th floor when I got off, the elevator was somewhat dirty and not clean with paint, peeling and so forth!

The condo was clean and everything functioned properly. Loved the 10th floor balcony except for when our neighbors shared their cigarette smoke. This happened far too often. It is a bit of a ways from the action but we still walked or ubered everywhere. No big deal. We enjoyed the clean pools and hot tub along with the warm Gulf. It was nice that people leave their boogie boards, etc for others to use.All in all we'd stay here again.

Nice place for a quick stay

We came down for a short fall break trip and enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and had everything we need. It is a little dated, but everything was functional and to be expected for the rate we paid. Thanks for an enjoyable stay!

Great location, close to the pier. Smaller crowds on the beach because of this. Everything perfect!

Could have asked for better! Great bed and comfortable furniture. Everything worked well and the property managers were great to work with! Highly recommend!

Great location!

The location of the property is down on the end of the public beach near the state park. Because of this, it was less crowded on the beach than other properties. The description was accurate and the property management staff was great. No complaints.

Spring holiday

Location was great, very quiet next to the state park, room was perfect, 2 bathrooms, washer dryer in the unit was great. Very nice property had everything we needed. Could have used one more tall chair on balcony for sitting together and enjoying the beautiful views

I love how it is RIGHT on the beach.

It was awesome not having to walk like a mile on the wooded walkway to get to the beach. It was very clean and family oriented. There was construction going on next door bc they’re building a whole new building but not a big deal! Beach wasn’t too crowded even with us going during fall break! Would definitely stay here again!
