The house is just incredible! It’s so nicely decorated and comfortable. The house is well stocked from beach towels to kitchen supplies, you will find what you need. You know you’ve had an amazing time when you are looking at dates to rebook before you’ve even left!

Saint Simons Island, East Beach

Great house rental for the East Beach area. One very large master, one multiple bed room and 3 king rooms. House is new, up to date and very nicely furnished. Great pool out back and a 10 minute walk to the beach.

Phenomenal Property

Keep Palm was a beautiful house, extremely well-decorated and in pristine condition with a perfect sized pool. The location on SSI was very convenient to the beach and restaurants and the house had everything we needed. It was definitely one of the nicest houses we have ever rented. I would recommend it to anyone and will definitely book it again in the future.

Wonderful home and location. We loved our stay on the Island. Like so many rentals the mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced. It makes for not such a good night's sleep. That's the only reason for the 4 star review.

Perfect Birthday Get Away!

We loved everything about this property! It was exactly as advertised - beautiful, clean and well equipped. We were celebrating a special birthday and were greeted with a delightful birthday sign and flowers from the management company. We paid to have the pool heated which added to our enjoyment. We had a glitch with the coffee maker and the managment company replaced it right away. Highly recommend this house and this management company.

East Beach Perfection!

We spent the week of the 4th at this house...two families with older teen kids. There was plenty of space to move around and the house is very comfortable. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped for making meals and eating in. The pool was awesome...gets great sun and the perfect amount of shade! Loved the huge screened porch with ceiling fans to keep the air flowing. The bunk room with its own lounging area is perfect for teens! Also loved having access to the garage so we could keep all of our beach gear organized. East Beach location is perfect...we rented golf carts and made the drive to the 6th Street Beach entrance for easy beach access. Would love to go back to this house and definitely recommend!

A Really Great House

Our family truly enjoyed our stay! The accommodations and appliances were clean, stylish, modern and comfortable. The driveway was larger than expected, and the garage has GREAT pool and yard toys. The house is spacious, especially the king suite which has a HUGE walk-in closet. This property is not on the beachfront...a long walk...so make accommodations for elderly. A challenge ahead of time was understanding the layout of the house and preparing sleeping arrangements. The listing is written in a series of run-on sentences, making it hard to determine exactly where rooms and bathrooms are located. It would be an improvement to organize the layout description by floor and by room, using bullet points to keep the information clear. It would also be helpful to include numbers on the description of rooms and correspond them to numbers on the photos of the rooms & bathrooms. Overall, we would highly recommend this house to a family looking for a relaxing vacation on St Simons."
